🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Onboarding & Retention: Partner with Implementation Specialists to ensure smooth onboarding, monitor account health, and proactively prevent churn.
• Account Growth & Renewals: Drive contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and joint success plans.
• Consulting & Feature Adoption: Guide clients on procurement best practices, workflow redesign, and adoption of new modules and integrations.
• Training & Enablement: Train key stakeholders, primary contacts (POCs), and power users to maximize platform value.
• Voice of Customer & Advocacy: Gather product feedback for internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) and drive client advocacy (case studies, referrals).
• Community & Operational Excellence: Lead webinars and roundtables while maintaining HubSpot CRM accuracy and optimizing internal CSM processes.

• Proven Experience: Background in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment, managing long-term customer partnerships over years (rather than short-term project-based work).

• Exceptional Communication: Fluent English (C1+, both written and verbal) with strong presentation skills and the natural ability to engage in smooth, confident small talk.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Studio to launch and lead a new independent game studio under the Gamzix umbrella. This is a unique opportunity for a product-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to build a team, drive the development of high-quality slot games, and take full ownership of the studio’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead an independent game studio from the ground up
• Take full ownership of the studio’s P&L, strategy, team formation, and product roadmap
• Drive the end-to-end development and launch of slot games: from concept and team assembly to release and performance tracking
• Hire, onboard, and manage a multidisciplinary team (art, animation, development, QA, etc.), closing key positions as needed
• Set and achieve ambitious KPIs for game quality, studio growth, and financial results
• Collaborate closely with the board (product, tech, and business leaders) for strategic guidance and product reviews
• Ensure the studio operates autonomously, making independent decisions and solving operational challenges (including hiring, contracts, NDA, payments, etc.)
• Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and define the studio’s product vision and strategy
• Maintain high standards of product quality and innovation, ensuring games meet or exceed Tier-1 provider benchmarks
• Oversee technical and operational aspects, including process setup, documentation, and integration with holding infrastructure
• Report regularly on studio performance, pipeline, and key metrics to the board

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a senior product, studio lead, CPO, or similar leadership role in iGaming (slots), social casino, or game development
• Proven track record of building and scaling teams or studios from scratch (ideally in game development)
• Deep product expertise in slot games: understanding of game design, math, mechanics, and market trends
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands-on, and able to independently solve a wide range of challenges
• Experience managing P&L, setting KPIs, and driving for financial and product results
• Ability to hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong technical literacy: able to communicate with developers, understand technical processes, and ensure smooth operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with international teams (EU/Ukraine preferred)
• English proficiency sufficient for business communication

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with hands-on experience in B2B sales and increase sales.

We are looking for someone with practical experience in sales, international client acquisition, and outbound activities. Experience in e-commerce sales will be a strong advantage.
 

What you’ll do:

• identify and acquire new B2B clients;
• work with outbound and inbound leads;
• conduct negotiations and present our services;
• manage the sales process from the first contact to closing;
• build and maintain relationships with existing clients;
• identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
• work with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other lead generation channels;
• establish and manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Upwork, and outreach platforms;
• maintain CRM;
• analyze sales results and optimize lead generation approaches.
   

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ year of experience in B2B sales;
• hands-on experience in e-commerce sales;
• proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales;
• experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach;
• ability to manage the full sales cycle independently;
• strong communication and negotiation skills;
• experience working with CRM systems;
• English — C1–C2;
• knowledge of the IT, design, or development services market is a plus.
