An international AI/Tech company is looking for a LinkedIn Personal Brand Manager to build and grow the CEO’s personal brand and establish a strong thought leadership presence on LinkedIn.

The goal of this role is to build a recognizable international CEO profile in the AI and technology space and grow an engaged professional audience to 500,000 followers.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Develop and execute the CEO’s personal branding strategy on LinkedIn.
·        Create high-quality content, including posts, articles, comments, and thought leadership pieces.
·        Turn the CEO’s ideas and expertise into authentic, engaging, and professional content.
·        Grow the professional network and actively engage with the LinkedIn community.
·        Build relationships with CEOs, founders, technology experts, content creators, and media representatives.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in PPC performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and strategic planning.
• Experience in the eCommerce vertical, managing accounts with a minimum monthly ad spend of $200K.
• Knowledge and practical experience working with AI tools, including Claude.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Experience building and presenting client-facing presentations and performance reports.
• Experience working with clients in the US market.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute paid media activities across 4-5 client accounts.
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with the PPC Team Leader, who will define the overall strategy and direction for each account.
• Execute the agreed strategy, manage day-to-day campaign operations, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and account management teams to maximize performance across all channels.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the PPC Team Leader. The Team Leader will own the strategic direction of the accounts, while the Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance management of the campaigns.
