Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, Merchant Success, or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience within FinTech, Payments, PSP, Acquiring, Banking, SaaS, iGaming, or E-commerce environments is preferred.
• Experience managing B2B clients, merchants, or strategic partners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for Data Engineer in Kraków, Poland who will own the company data lake — the system of record for millions of financial events a day (bets, wallet movements, live odds) across 12M+ active users. You decide how that data lands, is stored, retained, and governed on S3 + Snowflake/Databricks, so analytics, finance, and regulators all see accurate, reconciled data with zero drift from source.

Domain: Regulated iGaming / wallet & ledger data. Audit-heavy: regulators, finance and analytics all consume the same tables. Millions of financial events per day, terabyte-plus scale.
 

What you'll be doing:

• Own the lakehouse architecture: bronze/silver/gold layers, Iceberg/Delta tables, schema evolution.
• Land operational data via CDC streaming (Kafka, Debezium), handling late and duplicate events.
• Design data layout for speed and cost: partitioning, compaction, file sizing, query performance on Trino/Athena/Snowflake.
• Own retention and archival: storage tiering, regulatory retention, immutability, GDPR deletion.
• Guarantee correctness: freshness SLAs, drift detection, reconciliation against the source wallet and ledger systems.
• Own governance: catalog and lineage, row/column access control, PII masking, encryption, audit trails.
• Monitor ingestion health, data anomalies, and cloud storage/compute spend.
  
  Must-have:
• 3 years' experience in hands-on delivery within that architecture — pipelines, ingestion, models, monitoring
• Lakehouse architecture — bronze/silver/gold layering, an open table format (Iceberg, Delta, or Hudi), schema evolution.
• Data layout & query optimization at TB+ scale — partitioning, compaction, file sizing, query performance on Trino/Athena/Snowflake.
• Cloud lakehouse/DWH in production — Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.

• Strong SQL and data modeling — enough relational grounding to reason about the OLTP systems you capture from. Critical for financial ledgers.

• Governance — catalogs, lineage, row/column access control, PII masking, retention, GDPR deletion.
• Cloud object storage — S3 or GCS, plus storage tiering and archival.

  Location & work model:

• Kraków, Poland. Hybrid — 2 days per week from the office.

The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyzing complex business, service and project processes and translating requirements into scalable, practical solutions.
- Independently leading functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, functional design and configuration.
- Advising customers on process improvements and solution choices, while challenging requirements where needed.
- Configuring and optimizing solutions hands-on and supporting testing, training, go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Working closely with developers, architects and integration specialists to ensure functional, technical and integration requirements align.
- Identifying risks, dependencies and implementation issues early, communicating them proactively and supporting decisions with concrete evidence.
- Assessing the impact of changes carefully, asking the right questions before implementation and maintaining a high quality standard.
- Taking ownership, driving continuous improvements and collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.

Must-haves:
- Extensive hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations experience. This is the number-one selection criterion and should carry the most weight during sourcing and screening.
- Candidate must have substantial Project Operations implementation experience in real customer environments and must be able to clearly describe personal responsibilities, configurations, decisions and solutions delivered.
- Candidate must have made significant practical mileage with Project Operations. Theoretical knowledge, certifications, demos, presales experience or brief exposure to a Project Operations implementation are not sufficient.
- Strong practical understanding of core Project Operations processes, including project management, resource scheduling, time and expense management, budgeting and forecasting. These were also present in the previous successful candidate's experience and provide useful indicators of real Project Operations depth.
- Strong functional consulting capability. Candidate must genuinely be comfortable performing functional customer work on a daily basis and independently taking ownership of functional activities.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, customer workshops, process analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation and customer guidance.
- Candidate must be able to independently analyze complex business processes and translate these into scalable and workable solutions.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with integrations. This is a core requirement. Candidate must understand how Dynamics 365 interacts with surrounding applications and systems.
- Candidate must understand integration requirements, dependencies, data flows and the functional impact of integrations and must be able to work effectively with developers and integration specialists.
- At least 3 years of substantial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Sufficient technical understanding to discuss technical implications, integrations and solution dependencies with developers without being primarily positioned as a developer.
- Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Seniority must be demonstrated through actual project ownership, independent delivery, customer interaction and the ability to advise and challenge stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quickly understand complex customer environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Extensive hands-on Dynamics 365 Field Service experience in addition to Project Operations. The combination of deep Project Operations and Field Service expertise represents the strongest possible profile.
- Experience delivering both Project Operations and Field Service across multiple real customer implementations.
- Practical experience with Field Service processes such as work orders, scheduling, agreements, inventory and mobile processes. Comparable Field Service depth was present in the previously successful profile.
- Experience with PSA solutions and professional services business processes.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Experience with larger, complex or enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse and surrounding Microsoft platform capabilities.
