Responsibilities:

• Maintain direct communication with U.S. and international clients during weekends.
• Handle client requests, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor task execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly client reports.
• Support project managers with account-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (B1-B2),  written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in Account Management, Client Support, or Affiliate is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of client relationships.
• Availability to work Saturday–Sunday.
• Ability to work in EST timezone (14:00–23:00 Kyiv time).
• Mandatory use of time tracker for recording working hours.

We are now looking for a Unity Middle Developer to join our team and help us build successful and engaging games for WebGL. If you are excited about creating playful experiences, optimizing performance, and working with a team of professionals who love what they do, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Develop gameplay, progression systems, customization features, and user interfaces;
• Optimize games for WebGL (asset loading, performance, memory management);
• Design and maintain project architecture (SOLID, design patterns);
• Develop and support internal tools, editor extensions, and pipelines.
• Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and plug-ins;
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Write unit and integration tests for core systems;
• Collaborate closely with product and creative teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Unity and C#;
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, state machines);
• Experience with dependency injection and reactive programming (Zenject, UniRx);
• Experience in WebGL development with focus on optimization and loading strategies;
• Hands-on experience with:
  • UI (Canvas, adaptive layouts),
  • Animator, Particle System, Physics 2D/3D,
  • Profiling and optimization (Profiler, Atlas, batching, AssetBundles/Addressables),
  • Unity Editor Extensions, Unity Package Manager.
• Experience integrating third-party libraries, SDKs, and plug-ins;
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows;
• Ability to estimate tasks and take ownership of feature delivery

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Behaviour Trees, DOTween;
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and automated build pipelines (e.g., Unity Cloud Build);
• Experience with game analytics tools (GameAnalytics, Firebase);
• Mentorship skills and willingness to share knowledge within the team.

About the role

Syndicode is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team on a one-month full-time project to conduct a discovery phase for a new client.

 

What you’ll be doing

• Conducts a competitive UX analysis at the start of a new project
• Conducts Customer analysis, user research, design research
• Develops product structure and strategy
• Provides wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration
• Uses wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas
• Coordination and alignment with the development team to make sure that suggested designs apply to the development
• Troubleshoots any UX problems
• Provides graphic development, interactivity, and animation if needed, adaptation to all device screen sizes
• Collects feedback on each stage of development
• Provides suggestions on design improvements by the best worldwide practices
• Keeps following the progress of the implementation milestones to make sure that deadlines will be met
• Maintains cordial relationships within the team
• Interacts with the Customer (both internal and external) to transform his vision into a high-quality design with a perfect user experience solution
• Incorporates customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience

What you’ll need

• A well-organized and comprehensive design portfolio showcasing a range of projects that highlight design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs.
• Advanced English level
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar design software.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and user interface design best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research, user testing, and usability assessments to present design decisions.
• Ability to create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions
• Ability to design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design systems and the ability to maintain consistency in design elements.
• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Strong presentation skills to articulate design concepts and justify design decisions.
