This is not just an execution role — we're looking for someone who will own quality on the product long-term: build the QA process from scratch, maintain it as the platform grows, and be the go-to person for everything testing-related. The role combines thorough manual testing with building and maintaining automated test coverage across a web application and a Progressive Web App (PWA).

About the Role:

• Manage the AML, CTF Compliance, and KYC/KYB onboarding team and processes for corporate clients in high-risk industries across the EU.
• Oversee onboarding processes with payment systems, financial institutions, and business partners.
• Review and validate onboarding documentation submitted by clients and partners.
• Conduct control and verification of documentation related to KYC/KYB and compliance procedures.
• Risk scoring & decisioning models for crypto-fiat gateways, on-ramp/off-ramp, OTC, and card-linked products.
• Monitor licensing requirements, regulatory developments, and compliance obligations across relevant jurisdictions.
• Maintain and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

What you will do:

— Run A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights;

What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing roles, including B2C subscription-based products;
— Proven success in conversion optimization, monetization, and scaling acquisition or retention funnels;
— Strong proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation design, and data-driven decision-making;
— Deep understanding of unit economics, LTV/CAC, and core performance metrics;
— Practical experience using AI tools to support hypothesis generation, experimentation (A/B testing), and data analysis;
— Experience working with web analytics tools and data visualization platforms;
— Ability to develop and validate growth hypotheses across the funnel, supported by both quantitative and qualitative data;

Аbout the role 

We are looking for a "Battle-Ready" HR Business Partner who is equal parts strategic architect and hands-on recruiter. You won't just be managing folders; you will be hunting for "A-players," building performance systems from scratch, and acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

Your future tasks 

• Active Recruitment (50% of your time): Independently source and close high-priority roles (Sales, BizDev, IT, Finance). You should know how to find "stars" directly and how to effectively manage external agencies when needed.
• HR System Building: Conduct a deep dive into the current state within your first two weeks. You will audit onboarding, offboarding, internal communications and admin processes, then immediately implement a clear action plan.
• Performance Management: Set up and maintain a robust performance review system tailored to BizDev and Sales departments.
• HR Business Partnership: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the leadership. You need to understand the team's mood and the internal agenda for providing needed activities.
• HR Administration: Maintain HRIS (PeopleForce) and manage leave, employee data, and documentation with precision.

We expect from you

• Background in Human Resources (HR BP, HRG), not only recruitment. And you are now ready to take full ownership and scale into an HRD role.
• You are a "headhunter" at heart. You know your way around an active search and professional networking — you don't rely solely on incoming applications.
• Experience in Fintech, High-Risk, or iGaming. You must understand the specific challenges and "grey areas" of these markets.
