We are a direct-to-consumer fitness and mobility brand serving customers in English-speaking markets. We run a lean remote team, and almost everything we do runs on a connected stack of tools and custom automations. We are hiring one person to own that machine.

The role covers two main areas.
 

CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION

- Build and iterate landing pages and checkout pages
- Design, run and read split tests, then ship the winners
- Improve funnel conversion across offers and pages
- Own tracking and attribution so test results can be trusted
- Have taste for clean design and produce strong pages using AI tools
 

SYSTEMS, AUTOMATION AND TECH STACK

- Build with AI as the default. Strong Claude Code skills to create, extend and debug internal tools and automations. This is a core skill for us, not a bonus.
- Own the backend and its connections: GoHighLevel, Slack, Frame.io, Notion
- Maintain and extend our automations (n8n, Claude API) and internal tools
- Keep data clean and every checkout firing the right flows: correct emails, logins, product access
- General system administration: keep the stack tidy, documented and working together
 

RELIABILITY (the most important thing)

Our operation depends on this person. You set up the alerting so you know the moment something breaks, and you own the fix. If checkout goes down on a Saturday night, you are the reason it is back up fast. Reliability matters more to us than any single skill listed above.
 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Reliable above everything. When you own something, it stays owned.
- Structured. You create order, systems and documentation by instinct.
- A technical generalist with an IT mind. You do not need to be a top-tier software engineer. You need range and judgment across systems, automation and web.
- Calm under pressure, clear in writing. You debug methodically and explain what you did.
 

HOW WE WORK

Fully remote and async. Our founder is based in Pacific time (Canada), so there is limited live overlap with European hours. Good written communication and self-direction are essential. You will have real ownership and a direct impact on revenue.
