We are looking for a Wordpress Developer to basically work with Wordpress themes and do basic wordpress development work.  We do not need someone who is a strong programmer other than maybe knowing some basic PHP that is useful for the development process.  Even if one does not know PHP but is very good at Wordpress we are interested in talking to you. You should be proficient creating new pages and editing existing work using elementor and template systems. You will report to someone who has a working knowledge of Wordpress and the design process.  If you are also good at UI/UX deign and proficient at Canva or Figma, this would be a plus but is not necessary.  It is important that you are able to help train other team members on Wordpress as well.  We have a great team and have been working with colleagues in Eastern Europe (particularly in Ukraine) for over 10 years.  People find working with us rewarding and interesting.

What am I going to do?

• Handle inquiries generated through lead generation efforts via emails, LinkedIn, and other channels promptly and effectively
• Communicate with prospects, conducting initial email discovery and guiding them through the process leading to meetings or follow-up discussions.
• Implement and oversee a systematic follow-up strategy to ensure ongoing engagement with potential clients, reminding them of previous discussions and promoting our services.
• Proactively engage with priority prospects on social media platforms, leveraging social selling techniques to nurture relationships and drive business opportunities.
• Work closely with recruitment leads and the marketing manager to align communication efforts with content plan, sales strategy and brand vision, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and update our customer database, setting tasks and coordinating with the lead generation team to optimize outreach efforts.
• Develop compelling and targeted messages for lead generation campaigns, tailored to resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the lead generation team on automation efforts, establishing lead generation priorities and developing a comprehensive plan.
  
   

What are the qualifications?

• 2+ years of proven experience in business development and lead generation across global markets, with a preference for experience in the US and EU.
• C1-level English proficiency is expected. Exceptional business correspondence skills will be considered with B2-level, valuing your ability to professional communications.
• Strong ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings, demonstrating respect for cultural differences and adapting communication styles accordingly to build rapport and trust.
• Well-developed logical and critical thinking competencies, with strong argumentation skills to analyze complex situations, make sound assumptions, and articulate your reasoning clearly.
