We are hiring someone to identify, build, and scale AI-powered workflows that improve internal operations. This role is focused on using AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and lightweight scripting to reduce manual work, improve speed, and drive measurable business impact.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand business problems, design practical solutions, and implement automations that teams actually use.

What This Person Will Do

Identify Opportunities

• Review internal workflows and find repetitive, manual, or inefficient processes
• Spot areas where AI or automation can save time, improve quality, or reduce operational friction
• Prioritize opportunities based on impact, speed to implement, and business value
   

Build automations

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, automation platforms, APIs, and lightweight scripting
• Connect systems such as CRM, support tools, docs, spreadsheets, internal tools, and knowledge sources
• Prototype quickly, test in real workflows, and improve over time
   

Own the workflow layer

• Create prompts, instructions, templates, and reusable workflow components
• Organize the context and information AI systems need to perform well
• Improve reliability, usability, and repeatability of AI workflows
   

Drive adoption

• Roll out solutions to internal teams
• Train users on how to use workflows effectively
• Write lightweight documentation and playbooks
• Gather feedback and improve workflows based on real usage
   

Measure results

• Define success metrics for each workflow
• Track outcomes such as time saved, reduction in errors, faster turnaround times, adoption, and ROI

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, automation, RevOps, BizOps, solutions, enablement, internal tools, consulting, or applied AI work
• Strong ability to identify inefficient workflows and turn them into practical automation opportunities
• Experience building workflows with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion, Retool, Clay, Glean, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, spreadsheets, databases, and SaaS integrations
• Ability to use lightweight Python or JavaScript when needed, but this role does not require a traditional software engineer background
• Strong understanding of how to combine AI tools, structured workflows, human review, and business logic
• Good judgment about when to use AI versus standard automation or manual review
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate ambiguous problems into working systems
• Experience documenting workflows, training users, and driving adoption across teams
• Comfort measuring outcomes such as time saved, workflow quality, reliability, and business impact

Axia is a deal origination firm that connects investment banks and private equity firms with qualified deal flow. We're a bootstrapped team of 20 — lean, fast-moving, and growing.

The Role

You'll own our entire data sourcing process — finding, extracting, enriching, and delivering the data that powers our deal origination engine. You'll work heavily with Clay, APIs, web scraping, and third-party data providers to build reliable pipelines that feed our outreach and research teams.

What You'll Do

- Own the full data sourcing process — from identifying sources to delivering clean, enriched datasets to the team

- Build and maintain Clay workflows — design multi-step Clay tables that enrich, filter, and score leads at scale

- Integrate third-party APIs — connect data providers, enrichment tools, and internal systems into automated pipelines

- Build and maintain web scrapers — extract structured data from websites, directories, and public sources

- Ensure data quality — validate, deduplicate, and normalize data before it reaches outreach and research teams

- Evaluate new data sources — research and test new providers, tools, and methods to improve coverage and accuracy

- Document processes — maintain clear documentation so workflows are repeatable and not dependent on one person

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

- Strong experience with Clay (building complex tables, enrichment workflows, API integrations within Clay)

- Proficiency working with REST APIs — authenticating, paginating, transforming responses

- Web scraping experience — Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Playwright) or similar tools

- Comfortable cleaning and transforming messy data into structured, usable formats

- Professional English — clear written communication for async collaboration

- Some availability during US Eastern Time hours (full overlap not required)

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with data enrichment providers (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, PeopleDataLabs, etc.)

- SQL and database experience (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar)

- Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)

- Background in B2B data, lead generation, or deal sourcing

- Experience with Python scripting beyond scraping (pandas, data pipelines)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Process Improvement Manager with practical experience from consumer finance companies, commercial banks, debt collection agencies, BPOs, or telecom operators. The ideal candidate has previously worked in roles such as Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement Specialist, or Operations Manager (junior/middle level).

This role is operational and execution-focused. You will work directly with collections and customer operations teams and with the systems that support daily operational work.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, launch, and improve operational processes with a strong focus on:
  • Customer servicing and complaint handling
  • Debt collection and recovery processes (early, late, and NPL stages)
  • Contact center operations (inbound and outbound)

• Analyze collection and contact center workflows, identifying bottlenecks affecting contact rates, productivity, recovery, and quality

• Work directly with operational systems, including:
  • CRM systems (customer profiles, cases, workflows, collection statuses)
  • Contact center platforms and dialers (predictive, preview, outbound campaigns, inbound queues)
  • Collection logic and strategies (segmentation, bucket strategy, call frequency, scripts)
  • Reporting and BI tools (Excel, SQL-based reports, dashboards)
  • Internal databases supporting operational and performance tracking

• Support configuration, testing, and rollout of process and system changes together with IT and vendors
• Define, monitor, and improve operational KPIs such as contact rate, PTP, roll rates, resolution time, and agent productivity
• Prepare regular operational reports and analysis for Operations and Management
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, procedures, and system logic for operational teams

Requirements: 

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, IT, economics, finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of practical experience in operations, process management, or operational analytics
• Experience gained in consumer lending, banking operations, debt collection, contact centers, BPOs, or telecom companies
• Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and contact center / dialer platforms
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and SQL (T-SQL)
• Ability to work with operational and collection data and translate it into process improvements
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher

• Direct experience in debt collection operations (early, late, or NPL)

We’re looking for a Business & Operations Analyst to drive measurable efficiency across processes, systems, and reporting. You’ll uncover operational bottlenecks, automate workflows, and build actionable dashboards that guide leadership decisions. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor (SQL/Python/Tableau) with operational tooling (CRM, contact center, CLM) and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Map core business processes and implement improvements to reduce manual effort and cycle times.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards (e.g., throughput, SLA adherence, backlog health, cost-to-serve) in Tableau/Excel.
• Analyze multi-system data (CRM, finance, call center, CLM) to identify inefficiencies and recommend fixes.
• Lead/coordinate tool rollouts or enhancements (e.g., CLM, CRM, contact center): requirements, UAT, adoption, training.
• Partner with Ops/Finance/COO to support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.

• Ability to use lightweight Python or JavaScript when needed, but this role does not require a traditional software engineer background
