- Experience with backup and recovery strategies for identity systems (e.g., AirBack or similar tools).
- Understanding of access governance, audit processes, and least privilege principles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize IAM infrastructure (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, SSO integrations).
- Configure and maintain SSO integrations with internal and external services.
- Own and improve the full user lifecycle process (provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes).
- Design and maintain role and group mapping models aligned with business structure.
- Implement and monitor JIT access workflows.
- Integrate new systems into the identity ecosystem following security standards.
- Participate in audits, access reviews, and compliance processes.
- Automate repetitive IAM tasks using scripting where applicable.
- Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams on access-related initiatives.

What you will do:

• Data collection & analysis: gather and analyse data from multiple sources (databases, ad platforms, AppsFlyer, Amplitude) to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Metrics & dashboards: build and maintain a system of metrics and Tableau dashboards to track marketing performance and support decision-making.
• Ad-hoc & deep-dive analytics: answer business questions, investigate anomalies, and provide insights for ongoing growth and campaign optimisation.
• Automation & process improvement: implement analytics automation, continuously improve and optimise existing analytical processes.

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing or product.
• Strong SQL, BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) skills to explore data and create dashboards.
• Good understanding of key marketing metrics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, funnels, cohorts).
• Analytical and detail-oriented, able to turn numbers into clear insights.
• Proactive and responsible, ready to take ownership and make an impact.
• Quick to master new tools and processes.
• English - Upper-Intermediate+ for smooth communication across teams.
• Alignment with the values of our team.

Nice to have:

• Strong Tableau skills.
• Experience working with marketing and attribution data (AppsFlyer, ad platforms, etc.).

Working schedule
