About the Team:
Small, distributed team based in Moldova, working fully remote. No bureaucracy. You'll work directly with the founder and development team.

The Role:
We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to own quality across both Retently and Agento. This is primarily a manual testing role, but with a twist, we want someone genuinely excited about using AI tools (mainly Claude Code, ) to work smarter and faster. We'll provide all the subscriptions and tools you need. You'll be testing web applications now, with mobile (iOS) testing coming as we build out mobile apps for both products.

What you'll do:
- Own manual testing of new features, bug fixes, and releases across Retently and Agento 
- Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test suites - Perform exploratory testing to catch edge cases, regressions, and usability issues 
- Test across browsers and devices (web now, mobile coming soon) 
- Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce, document, and verify bug fixes 
- Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow, generating test cases, analyzing requirements, writing documentation, automating repetitive tasks 
- Define and improve QA processes, testing standards, and release checklists 
- Participate in feature discussions and provide quality-focused input early in development

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing of web applications 
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies (test design techniques, risk-based testing, regression strategies) 
- Experience writing well-structured test plans and detailed bug reports - Familiarity with API testing (Postman or similar)

• Adapt retention strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets based on actual performance, not assumptions.

We are looking to recruit a Full Stack Developer with 2+ years' experience to work within our Team. You will contribute to the development and delivery of subsurface evaluation solutions across the energy sector.
This role requires strong proficiency in C#/.NET and full stack development experience, including front-end frameworks, cloud integration, DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration with QA and security teams.
Successful candidates will be evidently enthusiastic and motivated people who we can train up in our processes and ultimately play a key role in quality assurance initiatives across different stakeholder groups.

• Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C# and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Implement new services, features, and bug fixes as prioritized by the Product Owner.
  • Build and integrate APIs to enable seamless communication between services and components.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for build, test, and deployment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#/.NET.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, React, and front-end development best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgresSQL or other relational databases.
