    About us

Pragmatech Venture Capital is an early-stage VC fund investing in B2B SaaS founders from CEE who are building for global markets. We run a focused pre-seed/seed strategy with a hands-on approach: supporting companies with GTM, hiring, and fundraising.

The fund is led by two partners with founder/operator DNA: Evgeny Sergeev (founder of Ideals and co-founder of Genesis) and Artem Yaremchuk (repeat B2B SaaS founder; built and exited Attendify, acquired by Hopin).

    The role

This is a full-time hybrid role, combining Chief of Staff / Investment Operations and Investment Associate / Analytics in roughly equal parts. You’ll help the GPs move faster and make better decisions by building and running a crisp operating system for the fund - keeping everything organized, responsive, and consistent across pipeline discipline, diligence, portfolio support, LP reporting, and internal initiatives - while also producing high-signal analysis on markets and metrics, drafting memos, and driving key workstreams to closure. If you want a real entry into venture capital and you enjoy both structured execution and sharp analysis, this is it.

    How we work

We’re remote-first and output-focused - we measure progress by outcomes, not presence. Our principles are simple: integrity always; high standards, low ego; bias to action; straight talk with respect (no politics or hidden agendas); founder empathy; and creative problem-solving from first principles. We stay curious, keep learning, and actively seek feedback to get better.

    Responsibilities

    1. Dealflow & Process

    • Own the deal pipeline end-to-end: stages, required fields, next steps, follow-ups, weekly pipeline review.
    • Coordinate diligence: scheduling calls, tracking open questions, collecting documents, pushing things to closure.
    • Standardize how we work: diligence checklists, memo templates, IC notes, and β€œwhat good looks like”.

    2. Investment analysis & diligence

    • Build quick, high-signal views on ICP, market, competitors, pricing, GTM motion.
    • Sanity-check SaaS metrics and unit economics (retention/churn, gross margin, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, burn multiple).
    • Review startup models and P&Ls to spot gaps, inconsistent assumptions, missing costs, and weak logic.
    • Draft deal briefs / 1-pagers / memo sections (including β€œrisks & open questions”) so decisions are crisp.

    3. Portfolio support

    • Run a lightweight portfolio tracking rhythm: quarterly KPI snapshots, runway, key risks, and near-term priorities.
    • Help coordinate support requests: intros (customers/partners), hiring pipelines, fundraising prep, and key deliverables.
    • Turn chaos into action lists and close the loop with founders.

    4. LP reporting & fundraising support

    • Maintain an LP/fundraising tracker (status, next steps, materials, meeting notes).
    • Support periodic LP updates: gather facts, structure narratives, make reporting consistent and easy to read.
    • Keep the LP data room tidy and β€œalways ready” (materials, FAQs, portfolio snapshots).

    5. Fund operations coordination (with external admin/providers)

    • Keep fund documentation structured (folders, versions, templates, access control).
    • Coordinate deliverables with fund admin/lawyers as needed (you don’t do accounting - you ensure nothing slips and outputs are clean).
    • Design and automate fund’s processes - strive to make most of the processes as β€œhuman-less” as possible.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in roles combining execution + analysis (BizOps/Chief of Staff, Consulting, FP&A/RevOps, Corp Dev, VC/PE analyst, or strong ops role in a startup).
    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with SaaS metrics and β€œsmell tests”.
    • Highly organized and systems-minded: you build simple, tidy processes, automate repeatable work where possible (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.), and consistently close loops - and you’re eager to learn if you haven’t done this before.
    • High ownership and integrity: you propose, execute, follow through.
    • Clear writing in English (B2+): concise docs, summaries, emails, memos.

    Nice-to-have

    • Strong grasp of B2B SaaS unit economics and the ability to spot inconsistencies in models/P&Ls quickly.
    • Experience with market mapping, pragmatic TAM/SAM/SOM sizing (clear assumptions, sources) and competitor deep-dives.
    • Basic literacy in early-stage deal terms and documents (SAFE/SHA/SPA, pro-rata, liquidation preference, ESOP).

    Why join

    • Work directly with founder-GPs and get a front-row view of how early-stage investment decisions are made.
    • Broad, full-cycle scope: dealflow β†’ diligence β†’ closing coordination β†’ portfolio support β†’ investor communications.
    • High ownership from day one - you’ll help build and run the fund’s operating cadence and standards.
    • Accelerated learning and pattern recognition across B2B SaaS, GTM, and unit economics through real deals.
    • Build a high-quality network across CEE founders, operators, and co-investors that compounds over time.
    • Clear growth trajectory as the fund scale; long-term upside may be available depending on fit and structure.

About the company and the role

At Lendurai, we enable unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to operate independently of global navigation satellite systems and radio control, using computer vision and machine learning. We partner with multiple UAV manufacturers to deliver cost-effective capabilities to public sector and defence customers. Our team has deep experience in aerospace engineering, defence tech, and autonomous systems, with backgrounds at companies like Bolt (EE), Open Cosmos (UK), and Starship Technologies (EE).

As a Computer Vision Engineer you’ll work on building up the AI stack that lets our aircraft understand the world in GNSS-denied airspace, based purely on visual perception. You will work on implementing, maintaining, and improving computer vision components, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and production-ready.

    What you will be doing

    • Designing, implementing & improving core CV modules: visual odometry, SLAM, obstacle detection, terrain recognition, scene recognition, etc.
    • Designing and training neural networks for real-time inference on embedded GPUs/NPUs, as well as specialized SOMs and NN accelerators

    • Knowledge of computer vision requirements (e.g., camera calibration models).

    What we offer

    • Monthly gross salary €3,500-6,000 based on experience and impact
    • Stock options
    • Ability to influence major technical decisions as an early hire
    • A focus on outcomes
