Hi! We’re a digital agency working with clients from the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe. We specialize in design, development, and digital support for startups and businesses.

Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager — not someone learning from scratch, but a professional who already knows how to sell and work with English-speaking leads.

    What’s important:

We have a steady flow of 200+ leads per month, and we need someone who can confidently handle that volume, manage negotiations, and close deals. We’re after a strong sales pro who knows how to convert leads into clients and deliver tangible results. This is not a position for tests or training — you should already understand digital sales processes, be confident using a CRM, work with scripts, and communicate in English at Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience selling digital/IT services
    • Proven track record of successful negotiations in English
    • Strong skills working with CRMs and sales tools
    • Ability to make quick decisions, handle objections, and close deals
    • Motivation to work for results and directly influence your income

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Close deals for web design, development, and digital support services
    • Manage clients from the first contact to signing the contract
    • Meet your sales targets (3–5 deals per month)
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow sales processes

    What we offer:

    • Unlimited sales commission (if you know how to sell, earning $2500+ per month quickly won’t be a problem — your upper limit depends entirely on you)
    • A steady stream of leads and a well-set-up CRM
    • Clear goals, scripts, and support from the team
    • Flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely
    • 14 paid vacation days
    • A healthy, productive work environment with no micromanagement

    If you:

    • Understand how digital sales work
    • Know how to close deals, not just “keep in touch”
    • Want to work alongside skilled professionals and influence your own income, send us your CV, your salary expectations, and your Telegram handle so we can reach out to you.

We’re hiring a Product Manager/Owner who can turn a strong product vision into consistent shipping.

This is a high-velocity execution role: you’ll translate high-level goals into crisp specs, coordinate delivery across engineering, and ensure we ship the right things on time.

You’ll work closely with the founding team, engineers and designers to keep the roadmap focused, the backlog sharp, and releases predictable.

You will be building an iOS + web platform for AI document understanding (OCR, summary, chat) and manipulation (editing & productivity).

If you enjoy building lightweight process, unblocking teams, and getting features into users’ hands quickly, you will fit here.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Turn goals into specs: write clear PRDs/specs with edge cases, UX states, and acceptance criteria so engineering can build without guessing.
    • Own delivery cadence: sprint rhythm, backlog grooming, release planning, and cross-functional coordination (engineering + design).
    • Make shipping predictable: lightweight workflows (Jira), release checklists, and crisp definition-of-done.
    • Prioritize ruthlessly: keep focus on the highest-impact work; protect the team from churn and scope creep.
    • Close the loop: define success metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate based on real usage (not opinions).

    What We’re Looking For

    • 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in startups where "process" was something you had to build, not just follow.
High Execution. You care more about shipping value over "being right" or perfect narratives.
    • Process Architect. You’ve implemented delivery workflows that teams actually follow.
    • Data-Savvy. You rely on data to validate hypotheses. You are comfortable digging into dashboards (we use PostHog) to answer your own questions without needing a data analyst.
    • Technical Fluency. Comfortable discussing APIs, latency, trade-offs, and constraints with engineers.
    • Direct communicator. You surface risks early and manage expectations transparently.

    Nice to Have Experience With

    • Consumer Mobile Apps (iOS subscription mechanics).
    • Productivity Tools (PDF, Notes, Editors).
    • AI-enabled products.
    • "Founder-led" startup.

    The Team

    • CEO
    • Product Manager
    • Team Lead Dev
    • Fullstack Dev
    • Front-end Dev
    • Prompt engineer
    • ML/Data Scientist
    • User Acquisition Manager
    • 2х Designers
    • 2x iOS Devs

    What We Offer

    • Real ownership building a product at the intersection of productivity + AI: you’ll shape how we plan, ship, and iterate
    • A team of product-obsessed people who value experimentation and knowledge-sharing.
    • Flexible schedule and fully remote work from anywhere with reliable overlap to CET.
    • 18 paid vacation days, 8 no-paperwork sick days, and 11 public holidays per year.
    • Minimal bureaucracy, high trust, fast decisions.

    Hiring Process:

    1. Intro Call
    2. Interview with CEO
    3. Offer

    Founding GTM Lead

    Full-time / Remote

    About EVE

EVE is an AI Revenue Operator for small businesses — turning inbox chaos into revenue.

Most SMBs still run sales through email and RFQ forms, not CRMs — and lose 20–30% of potential revenue simply because leads go stale or follow-ups get missed.

EVE connects directly to the inbox, uncovers hidden opportunities, and helps teams close revenue automatically — with no setup, no CRM, no heavy process.

We’re backed by Firsthand VC, a16z Scout, Acquisition.com Ventures, Founders Future, and founders of Slack, Hugging Face, and G2 — and we’re just getting started.

    Main Goal:

Build EVE’s product-led go-to-market engine from the ground up.

You’ll take early founder-led momentum — strong usage signals, early paid customers — and turn it into repeatable activation, conversion, and growth loops.

This is not a “brand marketer” or “strategy-only” role.
This is a hands-on PLG role where speed, copy quality, and experimentation matter more than decks.

This role is NOT for you if:

    • You prefer long planning cycles over weekly shipping and iteration
    • You mainly operate as a solo contributor without tight collaboration with the team
    • You don’t enjoy writing copy daily (outreach, lifecycle, founder content)
    • You need a fully defined scope before acting
    • You optimize for polish over learning speed

    What You’ll Do

    1. Build & Scale the Product-Led Growth Engine

    • Design and run weekly growth experiments across
    • Identify repeatable PLG motions that drive trials, demos, and paid conversions
    • Work closely with Product to define PQLs, activation events, and aha moments

    2. Own Messaging, Copy & Storytelling (High Output Required)

    • Write and iterate outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn) with measurable results
    • Create lifecycle emails, landing pages, and in-product messaging
    • Turn product insights and customer behavior into sharp, relatable narratives
    • Expected output: 10–20 pieces/week (short-form counts)

Copy quality and speed are core success metrics for this role.

    3. Amplify Founder-Led Growth

    • Turn founder insight and traction into scalable growth assets:
      • LinkedIn posts, short-form video, carousels, case stories
    • Build a repeatable system for founder-led distribution (not one-offs)
    • Translate customer wins and insights into inbound demand

    4. Community, Partnerships & Loops

    • Build partnerships with complementary tools serving the same SMB audience
    • Experiment with referral and viral loops (e.g. “Sent by EVE”)
    • Engage SMB communities (Slack, Reddit, niche groups) with value-first content
    • Identify underpriced, unconventional channels early — and test fast

    What You Bring

    Must-haves

    • 5+ years in growth / GTM roles at fast-moving SaaS or PLG startups
    • Strong PLG experience
    • Proven ability to write high-quality copy fast (outreach + content)
    • Comfortable owning strategy and execution end-to-end
    • Experience working closely with founders in early-stage environments
    • Strong team operator: communicates clearly, asks for help early, gives feedback

    Bonus

    • SMB or non-technical audience experience
    • AI, productivity, or workflow tools
    • Founder-led or community-driven growth motions

    What Success Looks Like

    First 45 days

    • Clear ICP prioritization backed by data
    • 3–5 validated growth or activation loops
    • Strong baseline lifecycle messaging live
    • Founder-led content system running weekly

    3-6 months

    • Repeatable PLG engine driving revenue
    • Clear positioning in 1–2 core SMB segments
    • Scaled channels with known unit economics
    • Team expansion as leverage (not replacement)

We're seeking a Technical Lead to own technical execution, code quality, and hands-on development while our technical leadership focuses on strategy, architecture, and team growth. You'll enforce technical standards, mentor developers through rigorous code review, and lead by example on challenging features. You'll work closely with our Technical Project Manager, who handles delivery tracking, standups, and coordination.

    Format: Remote, full-time
Timezone: EEST (Kyiv) with at least 4 hours overlap
    Start: mid-February (flexible)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Code Quality & Technical Leadership

    • Review and approve 90% of pull requests (technical leadership reviews critical architecture changes only).
    • Enforce quality standards: test coverage, code patterns, proper error handling, and documentation.
    • Mentor developers through code reviews and pair programming.
    • Build clean and fast Go services on Cloud Run (stateless, timeouts, concurrency, graceful shutdown).
    • Develop and refine Stripe payment flows (Checkout / Connect / SetupIntents, webhooks, idempotency, retries).
    • Design and evolve REST APIs (OpenAPI-first), ensure backward compatibility and proper error handling.
    • Work with PostgreSQL: schema design, migrations, indexes, EXPLAIN/ANALYZE, query optimization.

    Technical Execution

    • Write backend code and lead by example on challenging features.
    • Implement ticketing logic (reservations, row-level locks, compensations on failure).
    • Integrate with Elastic proxy for event/ticket indexing and rebuild pipelines.
    • Break down complex features into technical tasks with effort estimates.
    • Manage deployment coordination and production releases.
    • Handle incident response and coordinate fixes when production issues arise.
    • Add observability (Datadog metrics/logs/traces) and maintain monitoring standards.
    • Participate in technical design sessions with leadership for major features.

    Collaboration

    • Provide technical feasibility assessments and effort estimates to TPM and product leadership.
    • Clarify technical requirements and constraints with product team.

    • Escalate technical risks and architecture concerns to technical leadership.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required:

    • Fluent English AND Russian (or Ukrainian) - both written and conversational is mandatory.
    • 4+ years of production Go experience (context, goroutines, sync, http, pgx/driver, profiling).
    • Strong SQL/PostgreSQL expertise (complex transactions, EXPLAIN, deadlocks, row-level locking, performance tuning).
    • Rigorous code review skills with ability to enforce quality standards consistently.
    • Understanding of Stripe/webhooks/idempotency patterns.
    • Strong GCP/Docker experience (Cloud Run, environments, secrets, deployments).
    • Excellent communication skills: explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong API design and system architecture mindset (SOLID, Clean Architecture, microservices).
    • Strong conversational and written English + Russian/Ukrainian.
    • Self-driven, reliable, proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues.
    • Comfortable escalating problems early rather than hoping they resolve themselves.

    Preferred Skills:

    • TypeScript/Angular or React experience (code review for full-stack team).
    • Python experience (APIs, automation, data processing).
    • Firebase Auth, external OAuth providers.
    • Datadog APM (distributed tracing, log correlation, custom metrics).
    • Elasticsearch integration and indexing pipeline optimization.
    • OpenAPI-first development; compile-time DI (Wire/alternatives).
    • Experience in fintech or payment processing domains.

    Frontend: Angular/React, TypeScript

Infrastructure: GCP (Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Storage), Docker
    CI/CD: GitHub Actions
    Observability: Datadog
    Code Quality: golangci-lint, testify tests

    REPORTING & COLLABORATION

    Report to: Technical leadership
Work closely with: Technical Project Manager (daily coordination), Product leadership (requirements clarification), 5 developers (mentorship/reviews), Technical leadership (architecture decisions)
Own: Code quality, technical execution, developer mentorship
Escalate: Major technical decisions, architecture concerns, quality vs. speed trade-offs

    How We Work

    • GitHub Flow: small PRs, meaningful commits, rigorous code review culture.
    • Linters via golangci-lint, formatting with gofmt/goimports.
    • Mandatory idempotent handlers for webhooks and retries with backoff.
    • Non-functional priorities: reliability > performance, with performance budgets for hot paths.
    • Quality is non-negotiable, but you'll make tactical trade-off calls with leadership approval.

    What We Offer

    • Direct impact on technical quality: you set the bar for engineering excellence.
    • Visible impact: your work powers real-world events and fundraising.
    • Close partnership with product and technical leadership - shape technical direction.
    • Authority to enforce standards and make technical decisions.
    • Transparent collaboration and respectful team culture.
    • Paid 2-week trial period, followed by clear decision from both sides.
    • 20 paid vacation days per year (flexible usage).

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Month 1: Review all PRs with consistent quality standards, understand codebase deeply, build trust with team.
Month 2: Lead technical implementation of 2-3 major features, mentor developers effectively through code reviews.
Month 3: Team consistently produces high-quality code, technical debt is tracked and managed, leadership trusts your technical judgment completely.

    • Design and implement GraphQL resolvers and schemas used directly by the frontend.
    • Build and maintain integrations with external systems (CRMs, vendors, APIs), including authentication, retries, and failure handling.
    • Implement frontend integrations in React / Next.js: write GraphQL queries and mutations and connect them to UI components.
    • Provision and use infrastructure resources required by your features using Terraform (you don’t own infra, but you use it).
    • Ensure production readiness: logging, tracing, and tests where they matter.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of professional engineering experience.
    • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
    • Production experience with NestJS and GraphQL.
    • Comfortable working with React / Next.js beyond basic UI changes.
    • Experience integrating with third-party APIs, including OAuth and rate limiting.
    • Practical understanding of AWS and ability to read and work with Terraform.
    • Security-aware mindset when working with user data and identities.
