We are looking for a Middle/Senior HR Tech & Transformation Manager to join our HR Technology & Transformation team.
In this role, you will own the full cycle of HR process redesign and implementation, turning complex transformations into smooth, scalable solutions that create measurable business impact across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR process redesign and implementation, including:
  - Investigate as-is process
  - Design to-be process
  - Configure to-be process
  - Coordinate testing, incl UAT
  - Design integrations with internal systems
  - Sign-off with process owners
  - Create and deliver educational and support materials for end users
  - Preparation of release and stabilization activities
  - Formalize ownership transition to process owners after successful rollout
  
   
• Calculate change monetization and assess cost vs. business impact
• Identify optimization opportunities using AI tools and automation
• Collaborate with 20+ stakeholders across functions and locations to ensure successful adoption and sustainable change
• Gather, analyze, and design feature requests and improvements for the HRMS ecosystem

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, such as: System Implementation Specialist / HRMS Administrator / Configurator / Change Manager / Organizational Development Manager / Transformation Lead / Release Manager / Product Manager
• Advanced user of AI tools, Google Sheets, Power BI, and other analytical tools
• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Advanced analytical and logical thinking skills
•  Ability to identify root causes and solve complex problems
• Comfortable working in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
• High level of emotional intelligence, curiosity
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer who will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and evolving our modern cloud infrastructure powered by AWS.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation;
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC);
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation);
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline);
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancing);
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK);
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.

- Lead client-facing discovery: run workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify pain points, goals, constraints, and success criteria
- Document detailed business requirements, functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for CRM/ERP configuration, integrations, and development (working with Product/Engineering)
- Own requirements lifecycle: scope control, prioritization, change requests, and stakeholder alignment
- Support Agile delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT coordination, release notes, and go-live readiness
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and expectation management

Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (client-facing experience required)
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business-to-technical translation
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP platforms (any modern stack)
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Jira / Asana / ClickUp
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
