    eSputnik is an omnichannel customer data platform (CDP) designed for large and VIP businesses.

    We help companies in retail, e-commerce, and SaaS build strong connections with their customers, driving sales growth and enhancing loyalty.

    A few years ago, we began expanding internationally. Today, we are confidently entering European and U.S. markets with new projects.

    To accelerate our company’s growth, we’re looking for ambitious and proactive specialists. We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager / Project Manager to lead and support our VIP clients.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Clearly communicate the value of our platform: schedule calls, identify clients’ business needs, and offer tailored solutions.
    • Guide users through the product: conduct demos and create detailed roadmaps.
    • Oversee the integration process: ensure quick onboarding and better client results.
    • Analyze client performance and develop strategies to improve key metrics.
    • Facilitate communication between the client, integration team, and other departments.
    • Advocate for the client: gather and analyze feedback, and relay insights to relevant teams.
       

    YOUR BACKGROUND:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing or customer care, preferably in online services or product-based companies.
    • Basic understanding of SQL, machine learning, and e-commerce.
    • English proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively.
    • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
       

    WOULD BE A PLUS:

    • Experience with Elastic or Looker Studio.
    • Background in e-commerce: knowledge of different business models, user experience, and strategies to increase conversion and sales.

    • Launch, track, and optimize internal campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage clients and generate additional opportunities
    • Monitor client accounts and industry trends to anticipate client needs and suggest tailored solutions
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in sales platforms (Close.io, Dripify, Apollo, Pitchbook, Woodpecker), ensuring visibility and accountability across client interactions
    • Work with team members to align on client strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth

       

    You Bring:
     

    • Previous experience as a BDR/SDR or in a client-facing sales role
    • A university degree from a recognized institution (preferably business, finance, or related field)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 - Upper Intermediate or higher)
    • A team-player mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
    • High motivation, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
    • Quick learning ability and a willingness to master complex concepts and terminology
    • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail

    Requirements:

    · 5+ years of PostgreSQL, Pg/SQL development experience.

    · Oracle SQL, PL/SQLL development experience will be a big plus.

    · Shredding, changing and understanding older code without the need to know everything about a business process is imperative.

    · Query performance analyzing and tuning.

    · Experience with high loaded OLTP systems.

    · Experience with very large databases.

    · Experience with design, development, and maintenance of reporting and data warehouse databases a plus.

    · Experience with migrating schemas and data from Oracle to other RDBMS a plus.

    · Basic DB administration experience.

    · Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding.

    · Familiarity with programming languages API.

    · Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.

    · Experience with Amazon Redshift, RDS, Aurora is a plus.

     

    General skills:
