Your future responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems
• Design, use and test the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS big data technologies (DevOps & Continuous Integration)
• Drive the advancement of data infrastructure by designing and implementing the underlying logic and structure for how data is set up, cleansed, and ultimately stored for organizational usage
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
• Build data integration from various sources and technologies to the data lake infrastructure as part of an agile delivery team
• Monitor the capabilities and react on unplanned interruptions ensuring that environments are provided & loaded in time

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a dedicated data engineer role
• Experience working with large structured and unstructured data in various formats
• Knowledge or experience with streaming data frameworks and distributed data architectures (e.g. Spark Structured Streaming, Apache Beam or Apache Flink)
• Experience with cloud technologies (preferable AWS, Azure)
• Experience in Cloud services (Data Flow, Data Proc, BigQuery, Pub/Sub)
• Experience of practical operation of Big Data stack: Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Presto, Kafka
• Experience of Python in the context of creating ETL data pipelines
• Experience with Data Lake / Data Warehouse solutions (AWS S3 // Minio)
• Experience with Apache Airflow
• Development skills in a Docker / Kubernetes environment
• Open and team-minded personality and communication skills

We are looking for a Data Architect who will participate in the formation and development of Data Governance across the entire Bank. The main goal is to design and implement a comprehensive data architecture for the bank that ensures data quality, accessibility, security, and traceability (lineage) to support the Data Governance strategy, which ensures data consistency, business decision support, regulatory compliance, and maximization of data value as a strategic asset

Your future responsibilities:

• Designing target architecture: developing data models and requirements for their description
• Building data flow maps from source systems to reporting to ensure complete transparency of data origin
• Performing data profiling and analysis of the source system
• Formulating clear conclusions to support the end use of data
• Use metadata repositories to perform data and system integration impact analysis
• Participate in defining data exchange principles (ETL/ELT, Kafka, REST API) with a focus on data integrity
• Participate in the implementation of Data Quality Management (DQM): rules, monitoring, control
• Participate in the implementation of Data Governance controls in business processes and systems
• Identify data-related risks, develop and monitor a minimization plan
• Implement KPIs and OKRs for the Data Governance program
• Communicate results to key stakeholders

Your skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in banking or finance
• Expertise in data modeling techniques
• Strategic thinking and architectural approach
• Deep understanding of Data Governance Frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM)
• Expertise in Data Quality, Master Data, Metadata, Data Security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify and solve complex data management issues
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (BCBS 239, GDPR)
• Communication skills: ability to translate complex data concepts into business-friendly language
• Familiarity with agile methodologies in a data environment

• Manage leads throughout the full sales cycle, ensuring successful deal closures, including new projects and framework agreements (with or without immediate project scope).
• Maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded business.
• Proactively upsell services and initiate new projects with existing clients to increase revenue.

Business Development Support

• Actively seek new business opportunities to grow the lead pipeline and service portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team and support lead generation efforts.

Coordination & Reporting

• Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and executive leadership for strategic and project-related discussions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Proven B2B sales experience in the U.S. market.
• Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager in the telecom industry.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and build trust quickly.
• Experience using CRM systems for client management and reporting.
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipelines, and performance tracking.
• C1 level English proficiency.

Preferred

• Sales or technical experience in telecom subsegments such as:
• Cabling and fiber infrastructure
• Telecom construction and OSP/ISP projects
• Last-mile connectivity
• Backbone and backhaul solutions
