We’re looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join our team working on a humanitarian transparency platform.

You’ll work closely with the QA Lead and the product team, combining manual testing with test automation. Part of the platform's data is also shared with a companion service through its own APIs — from a testing perspective, this is treated like any other backend integration: verifying request/response contracts and data consistency between services, not specialized protocol-level work.

We are looking for a Payment Analyst who will be responsible for tracking, calculating and reconciling all payment-related financial data.

The main responsibility of this role is to maintain accurate calculations of payment processing costs, refunds, chargebacks, alerts, PSP fees, reserves and settlements, and ensure that all payment-related expenses are correctly reflected in the company's financial reporting.

This role is similar to a financial accountant focused on payment processing.

Department/Project Description

About the Role
We're looking for a technically strong Senior QA Engineer who combines solid manual testing expertise with hands-on test automation skills. You'll own quality across ElevateOS: our resident mobile app, property management web platform, APIs and smart home integrations.

We believe that with today's AI tools, a technically skilled QA engineer can build and scale automated end-to-end coverage much faster than before, and that's exactly what we need you to do.

How you'll start

• Onboard to the product and team
• Test 1-2 epics manually to learn the domain and key user flows
• Move on to designing and building automated E2E test scenarios, keeping manual testing focused and efficient so automation keeps moving

What technologies do we use?

Our primary technology stack revolves around JS. We use React for Front-end, Node.js for Backend and React Native for mobile development. All of our projects run on TypeScript, built by Docker and tested with Jest and react-testing-library.

What skills are essential to us?

• 4+ years in QA, at least 2 of them at a senior level
• Strong manual testing skills: web, mobile, API and requirements testing
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated E2E tests (Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO or similar)
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript: you can read, write and debug test code
• Active use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to generate, refactor and maintain test cases and automation code
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and test design techniques
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar), browser DevTools and Git
• Clear test documentation and bug reports

We are looking for a technical Customer Success Manager to own our largest enterprise accounts: making sure they get value fast, their environments stay up to date, and their teams bring new use cases to production faster. This is not a sales role: pricing, contracts and renewals are handled by Sales.

Requirements:
— 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Implementation Engineer).
— Hands-on experience with IoT or data platforms: you have built or integrated solutions yourself.
— Good understanding of IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, CoAP), REST APIs and JSON.
— Scripting skills in JavaScript or Python. Basic SQL.
— Understanding of cloud infrastructure: Kubernetes, managed databases, load balancers.
— Experience working with enterprise stakeholders, from engineers to management.
— Strong English skills (C1).
— A proactive and structured approach.

Responsibilities:
— Be the main point of contact for 2 strategic enterprise customers at the start, growing to 4–6.
— Advise customer engineers on mapping use cases onto ThingsBoard: device profiles, rule chains, integrations, dashboards, alarms, multi-tenancy.
— Review customer solutions and recommend best practices for performance and scale.
— Build quick proofs of concept and examples that unblock customer teams.
— Plan and control upgrades and maintenance of customer environments together with our Reliability Engineers.
— Work on security and compliance questionnaires together with the engineering team.
— Demo new ThingsBoard features (Trendz, Edge, mobile app) and drive adoption.
— Collect customer feedback and run regular business reviews.

Key Challenges for the First Year:
1. Enterprise Account Ownership: Took ownership of 2 strategic enterprise accounts, becoming their primary point of contact and technical advisor. Retained both accounts throughout the year.
2. Customer Success & Adoption: Helped each customer bring at least one new use case into production faster through technical guidance, architecture reviews, or proof of concept (PoC) development.
3. Proactive Maintenance & Communication: Ensured 100% of planned upgrades and maintenance activities were communicated to customers at least 2 weeks in advance, with no unexpected disruptions.
4. Account Health & Business Reviews: Conducted quarterly business reviews for every account and kept CRM account health records consistently up to date.
5. Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion: Increased recurring revenue from these customers (plans, instances, and add-ons) by at least 6% year over year and expanded the portfolio to 4–6 enterprise accounts.

AI Product Manager - You Define It, You Build It (Insurance)

You own a whole product area end to end: why we build it, what it is, the build, the tests, the rollout. There is nobody that hands you a spec.
