SMM Manager (Content Strategy & Employer Brand)

Ми шукаємо SMM Manager , який відповідатиме за розвиток бренду роботодавця King Group у соціальних мережах.
Ця роль передбачає формування контент-стратегії, створення контент-плану та координацію процесу виробництва контенту разом із внутрішнім продакшеном.

Основне завдання ролі — зробити соціальні мережі компанії системним та ефективним каналом комунікації бренду роботодавця.

Зони відповідальності

• Розробка контент-стратегії для соціальних мереж бренду роботодавця .

• Формування контент-плану для LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram , а також підготовка до розвитку TikTok .
• Розробка ідей для контенту та форматів комунікації.
• Підготовка текстів для постів та інших форматів контенту.
• Постановка ТЗ для дизайнерів, операторів та відеомонтажерів .
• Координація створення контенту разом із внутрішнім продакшеном.
• Публікація контенту відповідно до контент-плану.
• Аналіз ефективності контенту та оптимізація SMM-підходів.
• Відстеження трендів соціальних мереж та адаптація їх до бренду компанії.

Ми очікуємо

• Досвід роботи в SMM від 2–3 років .
• Досвід розробки SMM-стратегії або контент-планів .
• Сильні навички копірайтингу .
• Досвід постановки завдань креативним командам (дизайн, відео, продакшен).
• Розуміння механік зростання та залучення аудиторії у соціальних мережах.
• Вміння працювати з аналітикою та оцінювати ефективність контенту.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for operational project support and ensuring process transparency. This role is about structure, up-to-date statuses, and high-quality documentation.

What you will do

Create and structure tasks in a Task Tracker system;
Monitor the accuracy of task statuses, deadlines, and priorities;
Identify and escalate blockers to the PM;
Prepare for planning, grooming, and retrospective meetings (ensure tasks and documentation are ready);
Document agreements and action points after ceremonies;
Prepare status reports for PMs / stakeholders;
Document and update internal processes;
Support PMs in preparing operational reports.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in project coordination / PM Assistant / Operations Manager role in IT;
Experience working with Task Tracker systems (ClickUp is a plus);
Understanding of Scrum processes;
Ability to structure and clearly describe tasks;
Strong communication skills;
English level B1+ (tasks are in English; reading and writing are required);
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

We are looking for an attentive and motivated Junior Manual QA Specialist to test web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will join our QA team and help ensure the quality of our products. We expect the candidate to be eager to learn modern tools and testing approaches, and to participate in manual testing of web and mobile applications under the guidance of more experienced colleagues.

Requirements
- Basic experience in manual testing (6 months or more is a plus).
- Initial skills in testing iOS and Android applications.
- Experience with bug tracking systems.
- Willingness to learn how to write technical documentation.
- Ability to work with programs for designing test suites.
- Understanding of basic test design techniques and a desire to apply them.
- Basic understanding of client-server architecture.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to use browser DevTools at a basic level.

Nice to have
Experience with Lambda test/Android studio/Xcode.
