Description

We are looking for an AI CRM & Retention Automation Lead to own the design, build, and scaling of a production-level AI-driven CRM system for player retention.

The role sits in the Revenue department and reports directly to the CRO.

This is not a classic CRM or campaign execution position. You will define the architecture, connect data, models, and tools into a working system, and move the CRM team from manual campaign building to AI-supervised personalization.

What you will do in the first 3–6 months

• Month 1: Audit current CRM setup, Customer.io usage, data flows, segmentation, churn models, and integrations. Deliver a target architecture.
• Month 2–3: Launch an MVP flow: Player Data → Churn prediction → AI analysis → Offer recommendation → Customer.io campaign → Human approval.
• Month 3–4: Automate segmentation, timing, offer selection, campaign creation, and basic analytics.
• Month 4–6: Put an AI optimization loop into production (Campaign → Results → Analysis → Learning → New recommendation) and prepare the foundation for VIP/PAM AI.

Main outcome of the role
Not the number of campaigns sent. The KPI is how much of the CRM process we can automate while increasing the effectiveness of personalization. The CRM Manager should shift from building campaigns manually to acting as an AI CRM Supervisor who reviews recommendations, approves campaigns, and owns GEO results.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or owning production automation systems that connect data, models, and marketing tools (not only campaign execution).
• Hands-on work with at least one major CRM/marketing automation platform (Customer.io strongly preferred; Optimove, Braze, or Iterable are relevant).
• Practical experience with customer data platforms, data warehouses (BigQuery or Snowflake), and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow, n8n, Make, or similar).
• Ability to design and implement AI-driven flows: churn/LTV/next-best-action models, recommendation logic, LangChain/LangGraph or direct LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI).
• Strong systems thinking: you can describe architecture, data flow, agents, integrations, approval layer, and analytics loop, and then build it.
• iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, subscription, or marketplace background with high-volume customer data is a plus.
• Senior / Lead level. You will own the direction: architecture, roadmap, implementation, integrations, AI agents, automation, analytics, documentation, and scaling.

What does not fit

• Only creating campaigns in Customer.io or similar tools.
• Only writing prompts or using ChatGPT without system integration.
• Pure dashboard analysis / BI without building automation.
• Pure Python development without CRM and marketing automation context.
• Waiting for a ready technical specification instead of proposing the system design.

Technical assignment during the process

Candidates will be asked to design an AI-driven CRM system for 1M players with an existing churn model and Customer.io: daily player analysis, reactivation targeting, best offer and timing selection, campaign creation, human approval, and a feedback loop. We evaluate architecture, data flow, agents, APIs, decision logic, monitoring, and scalability.

• Strong practical experience specifically in marketing analytics and marketing technology

We offer

• Salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Official employment.
• 21 working days of paid vacation.
• 14 days of paid sick leave.
• The opportunity to work on challenging web application projects delivered to clients around the world, including North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

Location: Remote. You must overlap at least 4 hours a day with EU working hours. Our core team is in Spain and Portugal.

Reports to: the operating co-founder (CEO), working daily with the other co-founders on M&A and the platform.

About GetDeal

GetDeal sells companies (sell-side M&A) and raises capital for startups. We run a live deal platform and active client mandates. The company is AI-native: a small founding team works with a fleet of AI agents that run from one shared operating system. The agents prepare daily priorities and reports, track client commitments and deal pipelines, and run research and outreach. People set direction, make decisions and are accountable for the result.

Why this role exists

Each client mandate, fundraising campaign and internal initiative is a project with a scope, deadlines, commitments to counterparties, a budget and several people and agents doing the work. Right now the founders hold these projects together themselves. We need one person who runs them as projects: who owns what, by when, at what cost, what is at risk. That person tells us early when something is slipping.

What you'll own

- Run every workstream as a project: scope, plan, owners, milestones, budget, risks, definition of done. Keep a status that anyone can read in a minute.

- Manage people. Assign work to founders, contractors and outside partners (lawyers, designers, freelancers), follow up and unblock, and hold the deadline.

- Own the budget lines you run: tools, contractors, campaigns. Plan them, track actuals, and flag variance before it turns into a problem.

- Track client delivery. Contract milestones and commitments to sell-side and fundraising clients are met, and nothing is promised without an owner.

- Own the operating rhythm. Run daily priorities and the weekly review, and turn every internal call into tracked tasks the same day.

- Direct the AI agents. Give them clear briefs with acceptance criteria, review what they produce, and decide what is good enough to reach a client. You are the one who checks.

- When something keeps repeating, turn it into a documented process the next person or agent can run.

What you bring

- 3+ years in project, delivery or operations management where the work ran as projects. You can walk us through specific projects: the scope, the team, the timeline, the budget, and what actually happened.

- You have managed people: a team, contractors or cross-functional stakeholders, with personal accountability for their deadlines and quality.

- You have owned a budget: planned it, tracked actuals, explained the variance.

- Project thinking by default. Given any goal, you break it into scope, milestones, owners, risks and a definition of done, even when nobody asked for a plan.

- Daily hands-on work with AI, beyond chat. You have delegated real work to AI agents or automations (for example Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude with tools, n8n, Make, Zapier). You can show one workflow you built and explain how you checked its output.

- Fluent written and spoken English for work with international clients and partners.

Nice to have

- M&A, investment banking, venture or B2B SaaS.

- GitHub Issues, Linear, Jira or similar trackers; comfort with Markdown and basic scripting.

- PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification, as a complement to real delivered projects.

- Russian, Ukrainian or Spanish.

How we work

- Transparency: status and data are kept simple to read and never too big to read.

- Honesty: we share bad news first, and fast.

- Trust, but verify: information is checked before it goes to a person or a client.

You will work directly with the founders across M&A, fundraising and the platform.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note (300 words or fewer), or a 3–5 minute Loom, about one project you ran:

1. The goal, the team, the timeline and the budget.

2. What you personally did to keep it on track, including one thing that went wrong and how you handled it.

3. The result, and where AI tools or agents did part of the work.

     Background in enterprise or business

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Graphic Designer to create high-performing static and visual advertising at scale. This isn't a traditional brand-design position. You'll combine strong visual taste with direct response thinking, rapid experimentation, performance data, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

You'll be expected to explore a large creative space quickly—developing genuinely different concepts, learning from performance, and using both traditional design and emerging AI tools to dramatically increase the speed and range of creative exploration.

What You’ll Do
• Design static advertising for Meta and other paid acquisition channels.

• Develop visually distinct concepts across different formats, audiences, messaging strategies, and creative styles.

• Turn Creative Strategist briefs into compelling performance advertising.

• Rapidly iterate on winning creative based on performance data.

• Develop multiple meaningful variations without simply making superficial changes to existing designs.

• Adapt proven advertising references and formats to our products and brand.

• Build reusable Figma components, templates, and systems that increase production speed without making creative repetitive.

• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Paid Media, Editors, Production, and other Growth teams.

• Maintain strong organization across working files, source assets, and finished creative. You'll use AI tools to increase creative output and expand what a single designer can produce, including:

• Generating and manipulating imagery.

• Rapid visual concept exploration.

• Creating environments, compositions, backgrounds, and supporting visual assets.

• Producing variations of existing concepts.

• Accelerating image editing and adaptation.

• Exploring creative directions before committing to full execution.

• Building repeatable AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual production time.

• The expectation isn't simply familiarity with AI tools.  We're looking for someone who actively experiments with new technology and figures out how to integrate it into a professional design workflow while maintaining a high quality bar.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of graphic-design experience, ideally within performance marketing, DTC/eCommerce, advertising, or digital marketing.

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Strong Photoshop/image-manipulation skills.

• Excellent typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual communication skills.

• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and designing for conversion.

• Ability to work quickly across a high volume of creative.

• Comfortable using performance results to guide subsequent design decisions.

• Strong creative judgment and ability to distinguish genuinely different concepts from cosmetic variations.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong digital advertising and/or performance creative.
