  Responsibilities
• Searching and sourcing Instagram / Telegram gambling influencers;
• Launching UGC, Stories, and Reels integrations;
• Building a fast testing system (5–10 tests weekly);
• Optimizing CPL and FTD;
• Working with promo codes, UTM tags, tracking, and anti-fraud checks;
• Ensuring compliance and advertising restrictions across different GEOs;

• Analyzing performance metrics and scaling profitable funnels.

  
  Tasks for the first month

• Build a longlist of 50–80 Instagram / YouTube / Facebook / Telegram accounts in the gambling/crypto niche;
• Launch at least 5 test placements (Stories / Reels);
• Set up UTM tags, pixels, and promo codes;
• Prepare a rate card and expected metrics table;
• Develop a regular reporting template.

• Project Description:

  The position is in TAM SSC (Talent Acquisition and Management Shared Services Center) - an international department responsible for supporting HR and administration processes for different countries within the company.
  Our team: a cross-regional and cross-cultural team of ~20 people based in 3 countries (Ukraine, Serbia, India).
  Technologies used: MS Excel as the main tool, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Internal Systems.

  • Qualified HR services implementation for employees in different regions (countries) of the company presence.
  • Support, organization, and performing of different types of HR personnel processing in foreign company's locations (onboarding, transfers, vacations, sick leaves, terminations) - (there is specially prepared supervision program for newly hired employees to teach and help them to cope with all the details of international personnel processing).
  • Employees' files handling in internal informational systems

   

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Graduate with work experience in HR area more than 1 year.
  • Fluent English (written/spoken).
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, experience in preparation of presentations in MS PowerPoint as well as working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented person.
  • Mature personality, excellent communication, and organization skills.
  • Readiness to work overtime if needed.
  • Strong task management.
