About the project

We are building a new website and platform for a premium water delivery company. Customers subscribe to regular water deliveries. They pay a deposit for reusable water containers and return them later.

The platform will include:

• A public website and product catalog
• A tool to check if delivery is available in a ZIP code
• A subscription builder (products, sizes, quantities, frequency, discounts, deposits)
• Online payments and a customer account area
• Delivery tools: delivery lists for drivers, a mobile-friendly driver app, and delivery photos
• Inventory tracking and demand planning - to track containers and deposits etc. (given, returned, damaged, lost, refunded)
• Automatic customer messages (reminders, delivery confirmations)
• Connections to a payment provider, GoHighLevel (CRM), and QuickBooks

Tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase (database, login, file storage), Vercel, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Payments - Card Connect with Recurring billing.
 

We already have a prototype and a first draft scope document. These are a starting point. Your job is to turn them into a clear, complete plan.

You will be the main link between the client, and the team - the designer, the developer.

What you will do

This role combines 2-3 roles in one: Product/Business Analyst, QA and potentially , Project Manager. We want one person who owns the requirements, the plan, and the quality.
 

1. Lead the Discovery phase (first 1-2 weeks)

• Run meetings with the client to turn ideas and notes into clear, written requirements
• Get clear answers on the tricky business questions
• Map out how each integration (payments, GHL, QuickBooks) should work, step by step
• Deliver: a product backlog, a data model (with Alex), a list of risks, and a clear MVP scope (what is included and what is not) and estimates

2. Define and prioritize the product

• Help decide what belongs in the MVP and what can wait. 
• Write user stories that are clear enough for the developer to build without extra meetings
• Keep the backlog organized and up to date; run planning meetings and demos
• If something doesn't fit the plan, say so early, explain why, and suggest an alternative

3. Manage the project

• Keep track of the plan, deadlines, and what depends on what
• Report progress weekly to us and the client
• Help the developer get what they need: decisions, content, images, account access
• Be honest with the client if a deadline is at risk

4. Own quality (QA)

• Write test cases based on the requirements
• Test the website and app
• Focus on the tricky cases, not just the easy ones: payment errors, duplicate charges, subscription changes, deposit calculations, and permissions
• Keep track of bugs with clear steps to reproduce them
• Plan and run testing with the client before launch
• Check basic accessibility on customer-facing pages

What we're looking for

Must have

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on custom web projects, including some QA or delivery management
• Experience writing requirements, product backlog, etc.
• Strong written English (you'll write most requirements and talk directly with a US client)
• Comfortable with technical ideas: databases, APIs, webhooks, and user permissions. You don't need to code, but you should be able to question a technical design
• Hands-on experience with manual QA, including testing APIs (e.g. with Postman)
• Able to work independently in a small team
• Use AI consciously to improve BA and QA efficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce, delivery, or logistics platforms
• Experience running Agile projects (Scrum or Kanban) as the person responsible for the plan

About the role

We're looking for an experienced hardware engineer to own end-to-end flight-control hardware integration across a diverse fleet of drones — from FPV quads to larger autonomous multirotor, fixed-wing, and VTOL platforms. You'll be the person who takes a new airframe from a pile of components to a tuned, flight-ready system: selecting and wiring the flight controller, flashing and configuring ArduPilot or Betaflight, integrating ESCs, sensors, radios, power, and payloads, and tuning it until it flies cleanly.

This is a hands-on, on-site role based in our lab/hangar, spanning the full range from quick R&D prototypes to repeatable production builds. You'll be the hardware integration expert for the team, working independently and setting the standard for how builds are configured, documented, and validated. Success looks like new platforms reaching reliable, flight-ready status quickly — and builds that stay consistent and reproducible from one unit to the next.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end hardware integration of flight-control systems across multiple platform types (multirotor, fixed-wing, VTOL, FPV).
• Select, flash, configure, and tune ArduPilot (Copter / Plane / Rover) and Betaflight; build and maintain custom firmware targets and board definitions where needed.
• Integrate and validate flight controllers, ESCs, and motors — including protocol setup (DShot / bidirectional DShot, PWM / OneShot), motor–prop matching, and thrust testing.
• Bring up and calibrate full sensor suites: IMUs, barometers, compasses/magnetometers, GPS/RTK, rangefinders, optical flow, and airspeed sensors.
• Integrate RC and telemetry links (ExpressLRS, TBS Crossfire, CRSF / SBUS, MAVLink, SiK radios) and FPV/video systems (analog and digital VTX, OSD, cameras, antennas).
• Spec, assemble, and wire power systems — distribution, regulation, current/voltage sensing, and battery selection — with clean, reliable harnesses.
• Integrate smart peripherals over CAN / DroneCAN and companion computers (Raspberry Pi / Jetson) over MAVLink.
• Diagnose vibration, noise, and EMI issues and implement fixes (soft-mounting, gyro/notch filtering, grounding, shielding).
• Run bench, ground, and flight tests; analyze logs (Mission Planner / MAVExplorer, Betaflight Blackbox) and iterate on PID and filter tuning.
• Root-cause failures and design for reliability — diagnose in-flight and bench anomalies, build in redundancy where it matters, and harden platforms to hold up in real-world field conditions.
• Take platforms from quick R&D prototypes through to repeatable, well-documented production builds — locking in configurations and processes that stay consistent across units.
• Document build configurations, wiring, and setup procedures, and support/upskill the team so they can operate and iterate independently.

• Work closely with the software, mechanical, and flight-test teams to integrate cleanly and resolve hardware–software issues together.

   

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience integrating and configuring ArduPilot and/or Betaflight on real hardware.
• Strong working knowledge of drone subsystems: flight controllers, ESCs, motors, sensors, RC links, power, and FPV.
• Comfortable with soldering, wiring, and general benchtop debugging (multimeter, bench power supply).
• Solid grasp of the relevant protocols: DShot, CRSF / SBUS, MAVLink, I2C / SPI / UART, and ideally CAN / DroneCAN.
• Experience tuning multirotor and/or fixed-wing platforms and reading flight logs to track down problems.
• Able to work independently and own a hardware domain from first component to flight-ready system.
• Comfortable switching between fast prototype iteration and the repeatability that production builds demand.
• Typically 4+ years in drone/UAV hardware, robotics, or embedded systems.

• Degree in electrical, aerospace, mechatronics, or robotics engineering — or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Writing custom ArduPilot board definitions (hwdef) or Betaflight targets, and compiling firmware from source.
• Familiarity with PCB design (KiCad / Altium) is a welcome bonus — but we treat full board design as a separate specialty, so it's not expected for this role.
• RTK GPS and precision navigation, lidar, or computer-vision payload integration.

We are looking for a Game Designer / 2D Artist on behalf of our client — an Israeli game development company creating hyper-casual mobile and casino-style games.

Antenna / RF Front-End Engineer (Contract)

About the Role

You'll design the antenna and RF front-end at the heart of a counter-UAV radar sensor — radiating elements, arrays, and feed networks — taking them from concept through EM simulation to measured validation. This is a contract engagement, so you'll need to work independently and contribute quickly. We care most about breadth across antenna design methods on a master's-level foundation; senior experience is a strong plus. You'll have access to high-end measurement facilities — including anechoic-chamber time in Kyiv (paid travel) — to characterize and iterate on real hardware, not just simulate. This is a key role to ensure our first launch cements our reputation in the industry  - make your mark with Valkyrie!

What You'll Do

• Design and optimize antenna elements and arrays — single-element and phased-array — for mmWave operation
• Evaluate tradeoffs across frequency bands and packaging: select the band and topology that best balance range, resolution, aperture size, and environmental performance for a given sensing requirement
• Design corporate-fed and series-fed feed networks for phased-array and MIMO systems, controlling amplitude/phase distribution to hit beamforming, sidelobe, and radiation-pattern targets
• Prototype and compare integration approaches — substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW), launch-in-package, and alternatives — to find the best fit for compact integration
• Model and optimize performance — gain, beamwidth, sidelobe level, VSWR/S11, mutual coupling, scan range, grating-lobe behavior — against sensing requirements
• Design MIMO arrays for multi-channel sensing: element spacing, channel isolation, and virtual-aperture formation for angular resolution
• Validate designs on the bench (VNA, anechoic/OTA range), correlating measured results against simulation and documenting deviations
• Work directly with the DSP and radar-systems engineers we're hiring in parallel — antenna, signal processing, and architecture designed together, not in isolation. You'll have real influence over the system design, not just your own slice
• Design to the RF front-end architecture — channel count, transceiver interface, phase coherence — and feed antenna feasibility back as the system evolves
• Prepare finished antenna and feed-network designs for handoff: specify antenna-critical constraints and review layout through bring-up

Required Qualifications 

• Master's in Electrical Engineering, Microwave/RF Engineering, or a closely related field — or equivalent hands-on antenna design experience with the skills below. PhD a plus
• Prior work on radar or RF sensing systems, not communications-only antenna work
• Hands-on experience across multiple antenna design methodologies: SIW, launch-in-package, phased arrays, MIMO systems, series-fed and corporate-fed networks. Breadth here matters more to us than years
• Strong feed-network fundamentals: power dividers, phase shifters, impedance matching, loss/isolation and beam-squint tradeoffs
• MATLAB/Simulink for array-factor synthesis, pattern analysis, and beamforming/system-level modeling (e.g. Antenna and Phased Array System Toolboxes)
• A track record of carrying designs from concept through simulation, prototyping, and measurement validation — not simulation alone.
• Proficiency with EM simulation software (HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, or equivalent)

Preferred / Bonus

• Working knowledge of multilayer PCB constraints (stackup, manufacturability) — enough to hand off cleanly to a PCB engineer

About the Role

We've already proven the concept of a counter-UAV radar sensor with a first-generation prototype. This role owns the redesign that carries those lessons into a production-grade sensor, architected from requirements up, with the systems planning to do it right. You'll also own the system architecture, from the waveform, detection strategy to the system-level requirements and budgets that define it. You'll drive the RF chain and transceiver architecture hand-in-hand with the antenna engineer, converging on what's actually feasible to build while setting the DSP chain direction. What You’ll Do

• Own the radar waveform and detection strategy
  • Chirp/FMCW design
  • Range-Doppler processing detection budgets (SNR, integration, CFAR)
  • Angle estimation to detect small, low-RCS UAV targets at high closing velocity
• Define and maintain the system-level requirements and budgets
  • Detection range, range/Doppler/angular resolution, update rate, power, thermal, and size

  • Ensure end-to-end signal chain from antenna to detection output holds together as one coherent system including:
    • Timing and synchronization (frame/trigger)
    • Transceiver-to-compute data path (sample rates, formats, latency/throughput)
    • RF/antenna boundary
• Own and continuously evolve the system model — effectively a digital twin of the sensor. During the evolution:
  • Maintain ICDs
  • Meet and manage performance metrics
  • Grow model fidelity over time, introducing the non-idealities and non-linearities that matter as complexity increases (phase noise, PA compression, quantization, channel mismatch, mutual coupling), and trace observed behavior back to the origin.
• Collaborate with the DSP engineer on the waveform and detection design
  • You lead the strategy, they own the implementation and pressure-test it for compute load, memory, and timeline — until the architecture is both performant and buildable
• Converge the open architecture questions to decisions on a schedule
  • Committing with the evidence available, revisiting only when new data (a budget, a measurement) actually changes the answer

Required Qualifications

• Radar systems you’ve architected and shipped end-to-end — from waveform and detection through the RF chain
• Strong grounding in radar detection theory
  • FMCW/chirp waveforms, range-Doppler processing, CFAR and SNR/integration, and angle estimation
  • Target-tracking fluency to set the requirements (update rate, track accuracy)
• Hands-on MATLAB for system-level radar modeling (Radar Toolbox) — you’ve built and evolved system models, not just read their output
• Track record personally owning and closing the quantitative budgets 
  • Link and detection budgets above all — and holding the design to them
• RF chain architecture experience with multi-channel/MIMO transceivers and the coherence challenges of scaling channel count, from LO/clock distribution to phase alignment across the array
