We are looking for an AI-driven PHP Developer to join our team building next-generation healthcare infrastructure.
 

You’ll work on products focused on credentialing, compliance, staffing, provider workflows, and operational automation. We move fast, ship often, and use AI deeply across engineering and product workflows.

This is not a traditional engineering role. We are looking for builders with strong product thinking, ownership mentality, and experience working with modern AI tooling.
 

Responsibilities:

• Build backend applications and services using PHP/Laravel
• Design scalable REST APIs and backend architecture
• Work with PostgreSQL and scalable data models
• Build asynchronous workflows using AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
• Contribute to AI-native automation and workflow systems
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making
• Own features end-to-end, from idea to production
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Help improve engineering standards and platform scalability
• Building crawlers or data-scraping workers using various techniques and approaches.
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of backend/full stack development experience
• Strong PHP and Laravel experience
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge
• Experience with asynchronous systems and queues
• Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive mindset
• Product thinking, not just implementation skills
• Ability to move fast, learn quickly, and adapt constantly
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• English level B2+
   

Frontend (Nice to Have)

• Experience with React, Vue.js, or modern frontend frameworks
• Basic understanding of frontend architecture and UI integration
• Experience collaborating on full stack applications

• Create, warm up, grow, and manage multiple accounts across platforms, building karma, trust, credibility, and natural user behavior.
• Participate in relevant discussions with natural, contextual comments, posts, answers, brand mentions, and links.
• Monitor mentions of NuxGame, competitors, and relevant industry topics across communities.
• Track performance, moderation risks, platform rules, traffic, placements, and overall impact.
• Test new platforms, approaches, automations, account setups, posting formats, and outreach angles.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Reddit marketing, account growth, and community-based linkbuilding.
• Practical understanding of multi-account management across Reddit, Quora, forums, review platforms, and similar sources.
• Ability to deliver measurable results: live placements, indexed links, traffic, mentions, engagement, and visibility.
• Ability to independently find relevant communities, topics, discussions, and placement opportunities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing results.
• Experience with automation tools, AI tools, account management tools, and tracking systems is a plus.
• English writing skills for natural and convincing posts, comments, and answers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming, betting, casino, fintech, SaaS, or other competitive niches.
• Knowledge of relevant Reddit communities, forums, review platforms, and Q&A websites.
• Experience with reputation management, brand mentions, competitor monitoring, and SEO-driven crowd marketing.
