    Architecture - You have a strong understanding of the building blocks of robust and scalable systems. You are able to dissect business problems into well-designed systems. You have the experience to know what to build and the discipline to know what not to. 
     
    Server-Side Technologies - You are well versed in server-side architectures such as monoliths and microservices, and understand the trade-offs involved.     Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

    • 7+ years of professional industry experience delivering scalable software solutions, preferably in C#/.NET 
    • 2+ years in a senior engineer role (designing APIs, abstractions, and tools used by other engineers) 
    • Experience with SPA frameworks, preferably working with React in Typescript 
    • Extensive expertise in database modeling and caching technologies, utilizing both relational and document stores (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, etc.)  
    • A strong understanding of RESTful API design and construction  
    • Experience with large-scale third-party integrations 
    • Experience taking existing monolithic applications to a domain-based, service-driven paradigm

    We’re looking for an Outreach Specialist who’s ready to take ownership, shape the product, and bring their ideas to the table.


    What you’ll do:
        β€’    Analyse competitors' link profiles;
        β€’    Finding new relevant websites for placing guest posts;
        β€’    Checking websites' metrics with SEO tools according to our criteria;
        β€’    Posting guest posts & making link insertion to relevant articles;
        β€’    Building and maintaining relationships with webmasters;
        β€’    Setting tasks for content writers and controlling their performance;
        β€’    Checking guest posts after publishing;
        β€’    Automation of work with getting quality backlinks;
        β€’    Reporting on the work done.


    About your experience:

    • At least 1 year in a similar position
    • Understanding SEO principles, especially in the area of link-building (outreach for link acquisition)
    • Knowledge of link-building strategies (guest posting, broken link-building)
    • Ability to find relevant people for outreach and websites for publications
    • Ability to use social media for establishing contacts and interacting with potential partners or influencers
    • Writing persuasive and personalized emails
    • Ability to work with data and analytics (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC)
    • Experience using automated outreach platforms (Snov.io)

    We collaborate through a Ukrainian private entrepreneur model or B2B contracts for specialists based in other countries.

    Does the company provide support with military mobilization or deferment?

    We cannot provide official deferment, but we offer strong legal support and assistance for mobilized team members.

    Can I work remotely or from another country?

    Yes. We understand the importance of being safe. We are working in a European time zone with standard business hours (approx. 9 AM – 6 PM)

    Do you cooperate with russia and its citizens?

    No. Our company was founded in 2014, and even then, we understood that Russia is an aggressor country, and we do not want to have any relations with it.
