What we're looking for
 

Not a Shopify developer who drags and drops sections in the theme editor. We're looking for someone who actually knows the platform — Liquid templating, Storefront API, custom app development, metafields, webhooks, performance optimization. The kind of developer who opens the code editor before the visual editor.
 

You'll be working on an established e-commerce store that already has real traffic and real customers. That means your work has direct impact — both when it goes right and when it doesn't. We need someone who takes that seriously.

We also expect you to move with the times. AI is changing how good developers work — and we want someone who's already using it to their advantage, not waiting to be told to.

What the work looks like

• Deep customization of Shopify themes — Liquid, JS, CSS — beyond what any app or template can offer
• Diagnosing and fixing performance, checkout, and integration issues at the code level
• Building and integrating custom functionality (custom apps, third-party APIs, payment/shipping logic)
• Owning technical decisions — architecture, tooling, approach — without needing hand-holding
  Using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or whatever works for you) to move faster and think sharper — not as a crutch, but as a force multiplier
• Spotting problems before they're reported, and proposing improvements proactively
  
  You're a strong fit if
• You have 3+ years of hands-on Shopify development (not just theme editing)
• You've worked on mid-to-large stores with complex requirements
• You're comfortable with Shopify's backend: APIs, webhooks, metaobjects, app development
• You understand e-commerce KPIs — conversion rate, page speed, checkout flow — and build with them in mind
  You've integrated or worked with AI-powered features (product recommendations, search, personalization, chatbots) — or you're excited to
• You work independently, communicate clearly, and don't need daily check-ins to stay on track
• You have opinions about the right way to do things and can back them up

🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a powerhouse Lead of Business Development to lead our growth strategy and expand our footprint in the global iGaming market. You aren't just a strategist; you are a "hands-on" closer who understands the plumbing of the payments industry. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of partner acquisition—from scouting Tier-1 merchants to navigating the complexities of KYC/Compliance and ensuring a smooth "Go-Live."

⚙️ Your Tasks:

Market Expansion & Strategy:

• Identify and penetrate new geographic markets, selecting the optimal mix of Acquirers, Local Payment Methods (LPMs), and APMs for each region;

• Conduct deep-dive market analysis to stay ahead of PSP trends and competitor offerings.

   

End-to-End Sales & Partnership Management:

• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, high-level negotiations, and closing deals with Tier-1 iGaming operators;

• Negotiate complex commercial terms and legal contracts to ensure win-win partnerships.

   

Technical Onboarding & Coordination:

• Bridge the gap between the client and our internal teams;
• Manage the Onboarding/KYC process, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met without friction;

• Coordinate with technical teams to oversee API integrations and product setups.

   

Portfolio Optimization & Go-Live:

• Take full accountability for the "Go-Live" phase, including testing and initial volume monitoring;
• Continuously evaluate the performance of existing payment routes to maximize conversion rates for merchants.

👤Our criteria:

• Experience: 5+ years of Business Development experience within the Payments (PSP/Acquiring) or iGaming industry. Tier-1 company background is a significant plus;
• Industry Fluency: Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including gambling licenses (MGA, Curacao, etc.) and regulatory frameworks;
• Payment Expertise: Strong knowledge of card processing, alternative payment methods (e.g., Pix, UPI, Open Banking), and the technical flow of a transaction;
• Hands-on Execution: Proven track record of "working with your hands"—you have personally sourced providers, negotiated rates, and managed integrations;
• Compliance Savvy: Familiarity with high-risk merchant onboarding and the nuances of AML/KYC requirements;
• Networking: An existing "Rolodex" of contacts within the online casino/sportsbook industry is highly desirable;

• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages relevant to emerging markets are a plus. Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.

Proactive and results-driven Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with VIP players. The role focuses on retention, revenue and deposit growth, and delivering a high-quality, personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Monitor player activity and proactively engage to increase retention and lifetime value (LTV)
• Identify player needs and provide tailored offers, bonuses, and experiences
• Execute and optimize VIP campaigns and promotions
• Track player behavior, segmentation, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Experience in VIP Account Management, VIP Management  in iGaming. 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player data
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Voiso)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
• Fluent in Spanish (English are a plus)

We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications, with a background in the gambling/igaming domain being a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications
• Test game modules (slots, live casino, betting), bonus systems, win calculations, and free spins mechanics
• Verify payment systems: deposits, withdrawals, transaction cancellations, fees, and payment provider integrations
• Test KYC and user verification flows, user limits, and responsible gambling features
• Validate multi-geo product reliability: localization, currencies, time zones, and regional regulations
• Analyze requirements (PRD, BRD, user stories) and participate in sprint planning and grooming sessions
• Design and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation
• Report, track, and verify defects using Jira; collaborate closely with developers and product managers
• Perform API testing (REST) — validate request/response data and backend business logic
• Participate in pre-release and post-release verification and production monitoring

Requirements:
• 2+ years of manual QA experience
• Experience with web and mobile application testing
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA documentation practices
• Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira)
• REST API testing skills
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes
• English — B1 or higher

Nice to have:
• Experience in online gambling / igaming industry
