About the Company

We are currently supporting DCSH, a fast growing technology company operating in the iGaming industry, in the search for an HR Director.

The company is developing its own poker room while simultaneously testing its product through white-label solutions. The team consists of 65 employees, with offices located in Valencia (Spain) and Batumi (Georgia).

This is a unique opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up. There is no existing HR department and no legacy processes to transform, allowing you to design the entire HR strategy, structure, and operational framework from scratch.

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who will act as a true business partner to the founders and build a scalable, high performance organization within an international technology environment.

The Role

During the first 6–12 months, the role will be approximately 80% operational and 20% strategic.

You will fully own the HR function, independently designing systems, implementing processes, and taking full accountability for outcomes.

Broadband team works on 2nd generations of Harmonic (NASDAQ:HLIT) Cable Access products: actively developing the industry’s first software-based CCAP solution (“Cable OS”) and cloud native CMTS.

We are a digital media publisher seeking a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to lead the adoption and implementation of AI across our editorial, product, and internal operations.

This is a high-impact, leadership-oriented role where you will define how AI is used across the company - from content generation to internal automation - and act as a key decision-maker in selecting technologies, designing systems, and driving execution.

You will combine backend engineering with AI integration to build scalable, intelligent systems that transform how we operate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI adoption across the company - define strategy, identify opportunities, and drive implementation

Core Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong Python skills (primary language)
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Proven experience building AI tools and automation systems
• Strong backend engineering experience (APIs, services, system design)
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI workflows
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration

• Experience with PHP and WordPress ecosystems

What you’ll do:
- Own the full outbound sales pipeline, from lead sourcing to closed deal
- Build and run cold outreach sequences targeting property managers and STR operators across EMEA.
- Source and qualify leads using Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and handle objections with operators who manage 10–500+ rental units
- Hit and exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets

- Collaborate async with marketing and product to sharpen messaging and ICP targeting

What you bring:
* 3–5 years in SaaS sales or hospitality with a consistent track record (no job-hopping)

* Fluent English — written and spoken — and confident on video calls
* Prior remote work experience (2+ years preferred)

We are looking for a junior backend VLSI engineer to join our Physical Design team.

This role is ideal for new graduates with strong academic foundations in digital design and VLSI who want to learn and execute a full RTL→GDSII implementation flow using Synopsys tools.

You will gain hands-on experience working on advanced semiconductor technologies, including nodes down to 7 nm, 5 nm, 3 nm, and 2 nm.

Responsibilities:

Assist in synthesis (Design Compiler / Fusion Compiler) from RTL to gate-level netlist

Support floorplanning, power planning, and clock tree design

Perform place and route (P&R) using ICC2 / Fusion Compiler

Contribute to timing analysis and closure using PrimeTime (STA)

Run physical verification checks: DRC, LVS, antenna, IR-drop, EM

Prepare and validate design constraints (SDC, clock definitions, I/O timing)

Help generate and validate physical deliverables (LEF/DEF, SPEF, SDF)

Collaborate with RTL, DFT, package, verification, and integration teams

Document design steps, results, and signoff data

Required Qualifications:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

Strong understanding of digital logic, synchronous design, and timing fundamentals

Academic exposure to VLSI backend flows

Basic familiarity with: synthesis, place & route, STA

Scripting skills (TCL, Python, Shell)

Motivation to learn deep-submicron implementation techniques (FinFET and GAA nodes)
