This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements.

Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

We are looking for a Community Outreach Specialist to help build brand presence and credibility through thoughtful participation in Reddit and other relevant tech communities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in relevant Reddit communities and tech forums
• Write helpful, context-aware comments related to software development, agencies, AI, and startups
• Mention company only when relevant and appropriate
• Follow subreddit rules and platform best practices
• Track mentions and basic engagement
• Coordinate with the team on positioning and messaging

Requirements

• Previous experience working with Reddit or online communities
• Strong written English
• Understanding of software development, IT services, or tech products
• Ability to write natural, human comments (no templates or spam)
• Patience and attention to detail
