About you:

• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake); proficiency in Tableau and/or Amplitude for dashboards and complex data visualization.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a data-driven SEO professional who thrives on performance insights, technical excellence, and measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy, covering technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation;
• Define SEO priorities based on business goals, ICPs, commercial intent, and market opportunities;
• Drive sustainable organic growth across priority markets, products, and verticals;
• Ensure optimal website health, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and page performance;
• Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with web and development teams;

Ideal profile for the position:

• Proven experience in senior SEO roles, ideally in B2B, SaaS, iGaming, or tech environments;
• Strong technical SEO expertise (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, performance optimisation);
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align SEO initiatives with commercial and revenue goals;
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents);
• Experience with international and multi-language SEO;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate SEO data into business-relevant insights;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• High level of ownership, accountability, and autonomous project management.

Important: this role has uncapped commission plus a performance-based base retainer (commission only till you get the first deal, then %+fix).

What You’ll Do

• Own the outbound funnel: scrape, sequence, and social‑sell to crypto founders, treasuries, and fund managers on LinkedIn, X, Telegram, and targeted email lists.
• Run discovery to signature: map pain points,  co‑design liquidity KPIs, and negotiate MSAs.
• Activate referral loops: secure partnerships with launchpads, market makers, liquidity desks, and accelerator programs; track and optimise revenue‑share deals.
• Hit and surpass quarterly targets: book qualified meetings, pipeline value, and closed‑won ARR.

• Report with precision: maintain spotless CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and relay market feedback to product.

   

Who You Are

• 1 + year selling crypto solutions, crypto-related products, market‑making, trading, or execution‑trading SaaSs (best match) to crypto projects or exchanges - and you can prove it with numbers.
• Understanding of crypto trading, basic clue on what market making is and how centralised & decentralised crypto exchanges operate.
• Track record in outbound prospecting (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo/HubSpot sequences, cold video/email).
• Fluent in multithreaded stakeholder mapping, tailored value propositions, and objection‑handling in a volatile market.
• Skilled at partner cultivation: crafting win‑win referral agreements and nurturing them to incremental upsells.
• Great in written English (lack of spoken is not critical)
   

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Network inside launchpads, tier‑1/2 exchanges, and token‑issuers.
• Experience with market‑making APIs or algorithmic trading strategies.
• Prior success closing $10k–$50k ARR SaaS contracts.
