We are seeking a results-driven and experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of a new ERP system across our organization. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and ERP technical expertise to ensure the system is effectively integrated with our business operations and delivers long-term value.

Considering the fact that the ERP system is to be defined, the candidate needs to have strong Business Analyst skills to learn the company processes and perform the market analysis to see if there are any already existing solutions that can be implemented according to the organization needs.

Requirements:

— Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.
— Experience in FinTech domain
— Strong understanding of core business functions such as finance, HR, etc;
— Strong project management skills
— Experience in creating Vision and Scope, BRD documentation;
— Proficiency in BA tools, Jira, Confluence, BPMN diagrams and spreadsheets;
— Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.

Responsibilities:

— Lead end-to-end ERP implementation: planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
— Collaborate with department heads (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
— Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
— Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.
— Lead training efforts and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
— Oversee data migration and integrity across systems.
— Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement efforts post-launch.

PayDo, a dynamic FinTech with a newly acquired MFSA license, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead/Head of Key Account Management to spearhead the growth and success of our most valued client relationships, with a primary focus on our rapidly expanding direct acquiring business line.
 

Your primary focus will be on:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining specific policies, procedures, and guidelines tailored to the direct acquiring business to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
• Leading and scaling our Key Account Management team, specifically dedicated to our direct acquiring business line. Based on your experience, you might also oversee banking and checkout lines
• Understanding the evolving needs of our acquiring clients and translating those insights into product and service improvements
   

Your regular tasks 

• Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight to the Key Account Management (KAM) team, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and revenue growth
• Maintain, update, and enforce SOPs, guidelines, and manuals for the KAM department; conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory and business requirements
• Continuously assess and enhance KPIs and SLAs to ensure they reflect the company’s current strategic objectives and client expectations
• Oversee and conduct regular Quality Assurance (QA) assessments to ensure high standards in service delivery, account performance, and client engagement
• Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement cross-functional solutions that streamline workflows, improve service levels, and enhance the end-to-end client experience
• Manage team performance through targeted coaching, structured feedback, and development planning; address underperformance through corrective actions and timely offboarding where necessary
• Promote a culture of continuous professional development by deepening the team’s expertise in product functionality, payment systems, compliance requirements, and industry trends
• Foster a high-performance, accountable culture within the team by reinforcing professionalism, work ethic, and motivation at all levels
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with PayDo’s key clients, acting as a strategic partner by regularly gathering client feedback and translating insights into actionable improvements across products and services
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability by initiating, championing, and overseeing the delivery of key client-driven features and solutions that drive long-term value
   

Skills & expectations

• Proven track record of at least 2 years in a managerial role, with direct supervision of a team of 3 or more individuals
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Fintech industry, either as a consultant in Fintech consulting company, in-house payments manager in high-risk verticals (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, etc), account manager/sales agent, or customer support representative within a financial institution (EMI, Bank, or PSP) or similar
• Prior experience with the onboarding of clients, specifically within a direct acquiring setup
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructures, including payment schemes, card schemes and alternative payment methods
• Strong understanding of the specifics of KYB onboarding process, preferably with an EU/CA-based EMI or PSP
• In-depth knowledge of the fintech landscape, including key competitors and current market trends
• Solid understanding of the company’s target industries, with hands-on experience working across high-risk and low-to-medium risk sectors
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluent level of English skills, Fluent Ukrainian or Russian language 
• Experience working with cryptocurrencies would be a plus
• Experience of working with PIS/AIS payment flows would be a plus

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

🛠 Build and Own Our Finance Data Platform. Create and maintain a robust analytical database for the Finance team—you’ll be the go-to expert for anything data-related.

🤝 Collaborate with Stakeholders. Work closely with finance team members and business process owners to understand their data needs and turn them into smart, scalable solutions.

🚀 Design and Launch Data Pipelines. Build reliable data pipelines to pull in data from various sources—S3, SQL databases, APIs, Google Sheets, CSVs, and more.

🏗 Manage Data Infrastructure. Ensure our data systems are well-structured, scalable, reliable, and backed up regularly.

📊 Deliver Reports & Dashboards. Make sure key stakeholders get the right data at the right time—whether it’s for regular reports or one-off deep dives.

⚙️ Automate Manual Work. Help move the Finance team away from Excel by automating repetitive tasks and creating a centralized, easy-to-use data platform.

Key Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

✅ Experience:

• 1.5 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Experience with financial datasets is a strong advantage, but not required.

🧠 SQL Mastery:

• You’re confident writing complex SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
• You know your way around CTEs, window functions, joins, and indexes.
  You’ve optimized queries for performance and helped make data easy to consume for others.

🔁 ETL / ELT Skills:

• You’ve worked with tools like Airflow, Airbyte, or similar for orchestrating data pipelines.
• You’ve set up automated data extraction from sources like S3, SQL databases, APIs, Google Sheets, or CSVs.

The IKE team is responsible for developing an application deployment system tailored to enable microservice architected applications to be deployed on Kubernetes. The platform empowers developers with on-demand testing environments that fully replicate production. This involves not only creating the web interface for user interactions but also handling the intricate mechanics of deployment into Kubernetes, managing configurations, orchestrating data pipelines, and ensuring logging, monitoring, and alerting systems. We are seeking a capable Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to this effort.

About the Role

• You’ll be part of a small Agile team whose primary mission is to design and implement the platform that supports both testing environments and production releases
• This involves working with multiple codebases in different languages, troubleshooting system errors, understanding and shifting between abstraction layers
• The primary languages you'll work with are Ruby, PHP, Crystal, and Python
• Communication and good planning are paramount, given the distributed nature of the teams and users
• You’ll help your team by producing quality work through planning sessions, pair programming, and code reviews
• You’ll help improve technical processes so that the whole team stays productive

• Good temperament, a positive attitude, a genuine enjoyment of working as a team, and a passion for helping others grow
