About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General QA Engineer who can own the full testing lifecycle. This role is ideal for a strong junior or mid-level specialist who is comfortable working independently, collaborating with developers and product teams, and ensuring high product quality from requirements to release.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle testing: from requirements analysis to release validation;
• Design, write, and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans);
• Conduct manual testing of web and/or mobile applications;
• Identify, document, and track bugs (e.g., using Jira or similar tools);
• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing;
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers;
• Participate in grooming, planning, and sprint activities;
• Validate requirements and provide early feedback on potential issues;
• Support release processes and post-release verification.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in QA
• Commercial experience with Playwright + TS
• Understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Experience with manual testing of web applications (mobile is a plus);
• Ability to write clear and structured test documentation;
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, YouTrack, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.);
• Understanding of client-server architecture;
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• English level: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).

Our partner is a leading online gaming supplier, founded in 2012, which has developed worldwide recognition in the industry. They offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for leading iGaming operators.

Due to dynamic growth, the company is inviting a Technical Support Engineer for night shifts to join their Integration Department. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for full customer support service of the company’s current partner integrations.
 

Main Responsibilities

– Understand and analyse issues, be able to find appropriate solutions
– Integration protocol testing
– Second-level customer support
– Delivering excellent customer service with 5 shifts a week
 

Mandatory Requirements

– Ready for night shifts only
– Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Elastic, Dynatrace, Grafana)
– A proactive, client-focused attitude and strong work ethic
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
– At least Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
– Eagerness to learn quickly and grow technically
– Working knowledge of XML and JSON
– Basic experience with Git and version control workflows
– Understanding of API protocols (e.g., REST)
– Awareness of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Would be beneficial to know:

– Must have- iGaming industry
– Hands-on software development experience with Java, C#, Node.js, or TypeScript
– Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes
– Experience using Jira and the Atlassian stack
– Basic understanding of QA processes and test environments
– Previous experience in a technical support, DevOps, or site reliability role
– Practical experience with monitoring systems
– Exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and basic project management skills

The Role
Lead engineering teams that build and scale our real-time gaming platform while taking ownership of delivery outcomes and team performance.

What you will be doing
• Own delivery outcomes — ensure your cross-functional teams deliver reliable systems and meet commitments by coordinating priorities and execution
• Manage and develop people — including performance reviews, career development, and handling performance concerns when needed

• Support system reliability — help teams investigate incidents, understand root causes, and strengthen platform reliability

What we are looking for
• Strong engineering background with extensive software development experience and deep backend expertise (Java ecosystem)
• System design experience building and operating high-load systems using modern backend technologies, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex production systems while balancing technical leadership and people management
• Experience operating production systems and participating in incident response and post-incident improvements
• Strong product sense — ability to assess product initiatives and identify engineering implications, risks, and missing elements
• Strong delivery ownership with ability to produce realistic estimates, align stakeholders, and communicate scope options and trade-offs clearly

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming or other high-load, real-time platforms
• Experience transitioning from a senior IC role (e.g., Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Solution Architect) into leadership
• Familiarity with Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, or GCP

• Experience working in product companies or scale-ups

The Site Reliability department focuses on ensuring the continuous smooth operation of live production systems that serve millions of players globally. You will support production activities by troubleshooting, developing, maintaining, and documenting technical solutions related to Moon Active’s production infrastructure.
 

Responsibilities

• Ongoing monitoring and control of the availability of the different services of the production 24/7
• Monitoring and detecting problems in the production environment, as well as 1st and 2nd tier infrastructure and application troubleshooting
• Working within Operations with interfaces to Product, R&D and Support teams to escalate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Ensuring proper documentation is provided for all supported SRE activities and standards

Requirements

• AI driven mindset and experience in LLM tools usage
• Experience with Linux based systems
• Scripting experience (Python/Bash/etc)
