This team is the key point through which all problems and bugs come in, and they work very closely with the developers to investigate issues and decide how to solve them.
For this team, we are looking for a strong manager/team leader who will control all stages of work workload and prioritize properly.

Requirements:

• Technical education (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)

Ми шукаємо сильного hands-on Team Lead, який зможе керувати командою, контролювати навантаження та пріоритети, вдосконалювати процеси Help Desk, а також особисто долучатися до складних технічних розслідувань на рівні L2/L3.

Вимоги:

• Англійська мова — Upper-Intermediate (B2) або вище, усна та письмова.
• Щонайменше 2 роки досвіду на позиції Help Desk Team Lead / Manager з управлінням командою від 5 осіб.
• Практичний досвід роботи з L2/L3 support та вирішення складних технічних проблем.
• Технічна освіта у сфері Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering або суміжній галузі, або попередній практичний досвід роботи розробником.
• Сильне розуміння та досвід діагностики проблем, пов’язаних із Backend, Frontend та Product.
• Досвід тісної взаємодії з розробниками під час розслідування та вирішення технічних проблем і багів.
• Досвід управління та вдосконалення SLA, системи обліку задач/тікетів, пріоритизації навантаження, KPI команди та звітності.
