• Perform manual testing to make sure the products meet high-quality standards

• Identify, source, and onboard affiliate partners specializing in PPC and SEO traffic.
• Analyze potential partners’ traffic sources, quality, and compliance before launch.
• Launch and manage test campaigns based on predefined KPIs.
• Evaluate campaign performance and profitability (ROI, CPA, LTV).
• Scale profitable campaigns and optimize underperforming ones.
• Negotiate partnership terms, KPIs, and commercial conditions with affiliates.
• Continuously monitor traffic quality, conversions, and costs.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
• Stay on top of market trends, traffic sources, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Performance Marketer
• Proven experience working with PPC and/or SEO traffic sources.
• Experience launching, testing, and scaling affiliate campaigns
• Understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models and their economics.
• Communication, negotiation, and long-term partnership building skills.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Ability to analyze metrics and work with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Income Access, MyAffiliates, etc.).
