We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment & Customer Shipment Handling
Fulfill daily orders across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok platforms (coordinate with the warehouse manager to ensure timely shipment).

Manage multi-brand fulfillment workflows 

Flag and investigate potentially fraudulent orders; contact customers for verification.

Follow internal SOPs to manage fraud-hold thresholds and documentation.

Monitor all high-risk orders until final resolution (delivered or canceled).

2. Amazon FBA & Platform Fulfillment Management
Create and send FBA shipments.

Ensure compliance with prep and labeling requirements.

3. Claims and Returns Management
Submit and manage lost/damaged shipment claims (UPS, USPS).

Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that expiration dates are recorded and updated during receiving, stock checks, and outbound processes.

We are looking for a Senior Secure Mobile Engineer (iOS / Android) to join a Client’s team building a high-security, Zero-Knowledge, privacy-first mobile product.

This role is security-critical: the mobile app is responsible for encryption, secure key management, encrypted local storage, and encrypted voice/video communication. You will work on protecting sensitive data on-device and in transit, even in adversarial environments.

This is not a typical mobile UI role — we are looking for an engineer with strong mobile security, applied cryptography, and secure communications expertise.
