    We are expanding our delivery team and are looking for an n8n Workflow Specialist who will play a key role in building, maintaining, and stabilizing our operational and integration workflows.

    This is a hands-on technical operations role focused on automation, system reliability, and delivery performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain complex workflows in n8n based on business requirements
    • Configure and optimize workflows, integrations, and data flows
    • Integrate internal systems and third-party services via API
    • Work with structured data (JSON), configurations, and logic validation
    • Monitor workflow performance, stability, and integrations health
    • Identify, document, and classify workflow errors and incidents
    • Log issues, create tasks for fixes, and control their resolution
    • Participate in testing: functional and integration testing
    • Collaborate with the team on new features and improvements in the delivery area
