Key Responsibilities 

Performance Strategy & Planning

• Develop full-funnel digital performance strategies for clients across all relevant channels.
• Build and manage cross-channel media plans combining search, social, display, video, influencer, and content marketing.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

• Own performance analytics across all channels, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel implementations; ensure all campaign events and conversions are properly tracked.
• Build custom dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to clients with recommendations for optimization.

• Work with our Data & AI team to automate reporting, dashboards, and predictive analytics.

  Creative & Content Collaboration

• Partner with the Design, UX, and Content teams to develop high-performing creatives, landing pages, and ad variations.
• Ensure creative assets are channel-appropriate and optimized for each platform.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation to ensure creative

  Client Management & Communication

• Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and growth opportunities in a professional, consultative manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years managing multi-channel digital campaigns (across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

Halalbooking is looking for a performance-driven specialist to take full ownership of Google Hotel Ads and other metasearch channels (Trivago, TripAdvisor, Kayak, etc.). This role is focused on ROI, scalability and commercial impact, not just campaign setup.

Key responsibilities

• Full management of Google Hotel Ads (CPC, CPA, commission models)

Middle Computer Vision & ML Engineer — Founding Team

About Us

We are a newly funded MilTech startup building an on-premises platform for automated annotation of petabytes of UAV video and training computer vision models for autonomous flight. We have a strategic partnership with the largest Ukrainian UAV manufacturer and access to what is the largest privately owned UAV video dataset in the world. We are at the very beginning — the technical plan exists, the funding is secured, the data is real — and now we need the right people to turn it into reality.

The Role

We are looking for a Middle CV/ML Engineer to join as one of the first engineers on the team. You will work closely with the technical lead to build the ML pipeline from the ground up — implementing core components across data processing, model training, and deployment.

This is an early-stage startup, so the tech stack and processes are still being shaped. You will have real input into the tools and approaches we adopt, and your work will directly define how the platform operates. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, curious, and comfortable building things that don't exist yet.

What You Will Work On

Data Pipeline & Preprocessing
- Build video preprocessing pipelines: clip segmentation, frame extraction, scene detection, quality filtering
- Implement embedding extraction and data curation workflows for selecting diverse training subsets from a massive video corpus
- Prepare and export datasets in standard formats for training and annotation

Model Training & Experimentation
- Train and evaluate computer vision models for object detection, classification, tracking, and segmentation
- Run experiments, track results, and iterate on model architectures and hyperparameters
- Implement data augmentation strategies for robustness across weather, lighting, and occlusion conditions

Active Learning & Annotation Support

The SEM product is embedded within the Geosciences Suite of Applications. This application has multiple views consisting of both 2D and 3D visualizations. The current data visualization is not sufficient for what we would like it to be. This role is expected to work with the lead and the product owner to understand the current shortcomings, investigate and research potential solutions, propose these solutions to the teams, and then work on the implementation of the agreed upon work. To get to this stage, the developers will also need to learn the inner workings of the visualization framework within Geoscience.

• Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain graphics-intensive modules within the Geoscience platform using Java and OpenGL.
  • Implement advanced 2D and 3D visualization features for seismic, geological, and geospatial data.
  • Optimize rendering performance and ensure cross-platform compatibility, particularly in Linux environments.
  • Collaborate with geoscientists and software engineers to translate domain-specific requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality software standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in graphics technologies and geoscience applications.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Geoscience, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java OR C++ development with a focus on graphics programming.
  • Proficiency in OpenGL and related graphics libraries for rendering complex datasets.
  • Strong experience working in Linux environments, including shell scripting and system optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
