Requirements:

- Passion for educating others (experience as a tutor or teaching assistant is a plus)
- It is very important to have a main profile in a technical discipline - mathematics, computer science, or other related fields
- Academic background in mathematics, computer science, or other related fields. We are open to candidates with unfinished degrees (currently in progress)
- Video editing skills are also valued as the platform is moving towards a video format

We are looking for an experienced C# Software Developer with strong expertise in WPF to join our Kyiv office and become a part of a well-established cross-country engineering team. As part of the Unite Patient Workflows team, you will develop both the frontend (WPF) and backend components of 3Shape Unite, including integrations with cloud services and 3rd‑party partner solutions. About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic CRO Manager to take full ownership of our digital conversion optimization efforts. In this role, you will analyse user behaviour, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and translate insights into high-impact improvements across our funnels.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development. Please note: the creative execution of test variations (design, visuals, layouts) is supported by our in-house design team—allowing you to focus on strategy, analysis, and performance.
