We are looking for an ambitious and motivated specialist to join Grodas Group as a Junior Lead Generation Specialist with 0.5 year of experience.This role offers professional growth in international IT sales, working with modern tools to generate and qualify leads. Previous experience in research, communication, or sales is a plus - strong motivation and willingness to learn are a must.

Requirements:

- English Proficiency: B1-B2;

Responsibilities:
- Manage UpWork activities: initiate, execute usine supportive tools, control, track results and analyse it;
- Collect the database for outreach on Linkedin;
- Create the value-based outreach sequence;
- Launch and maintain the campaign on Linkedin either manually or using automation tools like Sales Navigator and Linked Helper 2;
- Conduct research and launch the LinkedIn campaigns for on-site meetings for Sales manager in the USA and Canada;
- Conduct research and collect requirements of cooperation with influencers based on certain criteria;
- Conducting negotiations on Linkedin in correspondence with potential clients;
- Qualify and schedule a meeting with potential clients(call);
- Organize the meetings (calls) for the Sales Manager;
- Reporting of completed work in Google Sheets and Jira;
- Creating and updating marketing materials for employees;
- Competitors analysis;
- Work with the CRM system Hubspot;
- Reporting to the Sales Manager and negotiate/initiate new sales strategies;
- Maintain contact with the team to obtain the necessary information for work.
