About Llama Luna Apps

We're an enthusiastic team of 10 building and pushing iOS apps in Health & Wellness. Five years on the market, 8M+ combined downloads, a 4.9 average App Store rating, an App Store App of the Year winner, and Apple Design Award finalist.

Our apps:

• Waterllama — our flagship, a llama-themed water tracker with more features than you knew you needed
• Foodllama — AI calorie tracker with adorable llama design
• Pinkllama — the cutest period tracker, featuring our signature llama character
• Mindllama — sleep, focus, and mindfulness, of course with a llama
• App #5 — launching soon, and you'll help take it to market.

We keep the team small and the bar high — everyone here is an A-player in their craft, and we work hard to keep it that way. That's what makes the output strong and the work actually fun.

Who we're looking for:

A professional who moves fast and thinks in experiments. We don't sit in approval cycles, we don't write strategy decks for the sake of decks, and we don't wait for the perfect plan - we test, measure, and iterate. We need someone who works the same way: forms hypotheses, ships them quickly, kills what doesn't work, and doubles down on what does.

What you'll own:

• Influencer partnerships — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, tracking results
• Organic UGC at scale — TikTok, Instagram, X, Lemon8 across multiple accounts, fast iteration
• ASO and Apple Search Ads — full ownership
• AI automation across the function — we already use AI in content production; you'll build workflows, not just use tools.

You'll work with our designer, marketing, and content specialist, and report directly to the Co-founder & COO.

You're a fit if you have:

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile app growth (paid + organic + influencer)
• Influencer deals end-to-end — sourcing, negotiating, measuring
• UGC at scale across multiple accounts with content that performed
• AI-native working style - you build automations, not just prompts
• Subscription monetization fluency (trials, paywalls, funnel logic)
• iPhone user.

Bonus: ASO and Apple Search Ads & launching apps from zero.

Schedule

Available in chats during 13:00-22:00 Kyiv time. This overlaps US influencer/partner conversations and our internal founder team's hours.

Hiring process

1. Short Google form
2. Video intro
3. 2 Test tasks: #1 unpaid (up to 1h); #2 paid (up to 4h)
4. Call with Co-founder — fit, terms, onboarding
5. Offer

We respond fast and at every step.

What we offer

• 24 paid vacation days per year + public holidays. Unused days roll over into the next year - we don't pressure you to "use it or lose it"
• 10 paid sick days per year, no doctor's notes or bureaucracy required
• Fully remote

About us

We're a Singapore-registered performance marketing agency running paid ads for 30+ clients worldwide, mostly in restricted verticals: iGaming, crypto, forex, sweepstakes, loans, dating and similar. All legal businesses.

We're AI-native. Automation handles the reporting, the checks and the busywork, so our media buyers spend their time on testing, strategy and scaling.

The role

You run Meta campaigns for your own client accounts, end to end:

• Launch campaigns: structure, audiences, budgets
• Test creatives, angles and audiences, and make the kill and scale calls
• Optimise daily against each client's real targets: cost per FTD, CPA, ROAS — not cheap leads
• Keep accounts healthy: spend limits, tracking, ad policy, restrictions
• Update clients on results in short, clear English messages, and join client calls in English
• Work with our creative and automation team on what to test next

This is a specialist seat, not an assistant role.

What you need

• 2+ years running Meta direct-response campaigns yourself, not under someone else's direction
• Hands-on experience in iGaming or another restricted vertical
• You've dealt with ad rejections and account restrictions and kept performance going
• Strong written English (B2+): most client communication is written
• Spoken English for client calls. It doesn't need to be perfect, but you must be able to hold the call yourself
• Consistency. Every working day, every meeting, the same standard
• Google Ads or TikTok Ads experience is a plus

How we work

• You own your accounts: the results, the spend and the client relationship
• Reliability beats brilliance
• No surprises: spend never runs past what a client has funded, and nothing is promised to a client that hasn't been agreed
• Every account is safe before you sign off for the weekend
• Fast replies during working hours. Clients talk to you directly

What you get

• $800–1,200/month base, based on experience, paid in USD
• A performance bonus on top that grows with the number of accounts you run and your time with us
• A monthly Media Buyer of the Month award
• Flexible hours, Monday to Friday: at least 4 of your hours must fall inside 11:30–19:30 Kyiv time (3–11 PM India time). No weekend shifts
• Fully remote
• AI and automation tools that take the manual grind off your plate
• International clients, and a Singapore company behind you

How to apply

In your message, tell us in a few lines:

1. One Meta campaign you ran in iGaming or a restricted vertical: the starting cost per FTD/CPA, what you changed, and the ending number
2. Your base rate in USD, and the earliest date you can start

Shortlisted applicants are asked for a short 3–5 minute screen recording of their Ads Manager, narrated in English. The best get a live interview in English with a practical test on the call.
