We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our team and contribute to building reliable and scalable web solutions. If you have strong expertise in PHP, write clean and efficient code, and enjoy working with modern frameworks and technologies — we’d be happy to talk with you!

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in PHP with at least 3 years of commercial experience;
• Experience working with one or more frameworks (Symfony is a strong advantage, Laravel is also considered);
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns;

Responsibilities:

• Performing various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray, etc.) and developing a recruitment network to identify qualified candidates 
• Connecting and interacting with potential candidates on various professional and social media networks 
• Drafting and sending recruitment emails 
• Contacting short-listed candidates and scheduling screening appointments 
• Conducting online pre-screens when required
• Keeping track of the progress of the recruitment pipeline 
• Being able to represent our company and negotiate the terms of cooperation
• Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates

Payments sit at the heart of our product and revenue. This role exists to turn payment data into decisions that improve conversion, reliability, and business outcomes.
You’ll help us scale and optimize our payments ecosystem by owning analytics across deposits, withdrawals, PSP performance, and payment experiments — from problem framing to stakeholder-ready insights.

What you’ll drive:

Strategy & outcomes
— Own core Payments KPIs and ensure metric consistency across teams (single source of truth).
— Identify the biggest levers in deposit and withdrawal funnels and quantify their business impact.
— Translate payment performance signals into clear priorities and recommendations. 

Discovery & decisions
— Partner with Payments Product Managers to shape hypotheses, define success criteria, and select the right metrics and guardrails.
— Run deep-dive analyses on approval rates, decline reasons, PSP performance, and payment method mix.
— Evaluate trade-offs between conversion, revenue, and risk using data-backed narratives.

Delivery & execution
— Analyze payment experiments and changes (A/B tests, phased rollouts, pre/post analysis).
— Build reliable analytical datasets and marts using advanced SQL.
— Deliver clear, decision-ready insights with expected impact — not just charts.

BI & self-service
— Lead Payments BI development in Tableau: dashboards, reporting layers, and definitions.
— Enable self-service analytics for product and payments stakeholders.
— Maintain data quality and trust in reporting.

Stakeholder partnership
— Work closely with Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations teams.
— Communicate complex findings in a simple, structured way — tailored to the audience.

Must-have
— 4+ years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in a product environment (payments or fintech strongly preferred).
— Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance optimization, analytical datasets).
— Strong understanding of payments metrics and drivers: approval and success rates, decline reasons, funnels, PSP performance, chargebacks, refunds.
— Proven experience partnering with Product and Payments stakeholders end-to-end (hypotheses → metrics → insights → decisions).
