Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage the delivery of complex FinTech solutions, ensuring high-quality execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive agile development methodologies and ensure efficient collaboration between development, product, and business teams.
- Establish and maintain KPIs & OKRs to measure project success, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate project development risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks.
- Establish and maintain timely and efficient communication.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Align technology and business goals with business leaders, compliance teams, and customers.
- Drive translation of business requirements into technical roadmaps and execution strategies together with the projectβs business analysis team.
Team Leadership
- Provide development and overall delivery oversight and coordination closely working with Solution Architects, DevOps, development and QA team leads.
- Lead, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams, including engineers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, efficient communication and collaboration.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent, ensuring knowledge sharing and upskilling across teams.
Key Requirements
Project Management Experience
- Practical experience in project management.
- Solid understanding of the key project management processes
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies
Technical Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in software delivery management with a solid background in software engineering, solution architecture and QA.
- Prior solid hands-on experience in software development (Java, Python, .NET, or equivalent) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with financial technologies (payments, lending, banking APIs, risk management, fraud detection, credit scoring, etc.).
- Utilization if generative AI and automation to solve repeatable or time-consuming management and software engineering problems.
- Expertise in API design, event-driven architecture, Kubernetes and DevOps bets practices would be a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, translating high-level goals into actionable delivery plans in partnership with technical leads.
