NBX Media is a media technology company and part of the NBX Group, the organization behind some of Central & Eastern Europe’s largest conferences focused on Web3, AI and Affiliate Marketing.

We are currently building and scaling our own Cash on Delivery (COD) Nutra brand and are looking for an experienced performance marketer to drive customer acquisition and affiliate growth.
 

Position

Affiliate Manager / Media Buyer

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland)

Employment: B2B

Salary: USD 2,000 – 3,000 net/month + performance-based bonus

Responsibilities

* Build and manage affiliate partnerships.
* Launch, optimize and scale performance marketing campaigns.
* Manage advertising budgets across multiple traffic sources.
* Optimize lead quality and acquisition costs.
* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Set up and maintain campaign tracking and attribution.
* Work closely with the call center and operations teams to improve confirmation and delivery rates.
* Test new traffic sources and acquisition strategies.
* Report directly to the company’s management.

Requirements (Must Have)

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
* Hands-on experience promoting Nutra products.
* Experience with Cash on Delivery (COD) offers.
* Experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, Native Ads or other paid traffic channels.
* Experience with tracking platforms such as Voluum, Binom, RedTrack or similar.
* Strong analytical mindset.
* Experience optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership.
* Good English communication skills.

* Existing network of affiliates or publishers.
* Experience launching new Nutra offers.
* Experience working with call-center funnels.
* Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
* Previous leadership or team management experience.

Core Competence:
 

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development with a strong foundation in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in managing IIS, MS SQL, Visual Studio, and Docker environments.
• Familiarity with ODBC, LINQ, NUnit, xUnit, NuGet, and RESTful APIs, alongside Git for version control.
• Sound understanding of client-side and server-side architectures.
• Strong analytical thinking, with a structured, math or engineering-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering results.
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Knowledge of ReSharper, experience with Azure, and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS and Linux system administration is an asset.
• Active participation in hackathons demonstrates innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-intermediate level of English for clear and effective communication in a global team.
