SOFTSWISS continues to expand its team and is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer. We need a skilled, proactive and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values and is ready to contribute to the development of cutting-edge gaming solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• You’ll do design, build and evolve Ruby on Rails services that power our iGaming platform: high-throughput APIs, payment and wallet flows, real-time game integrations and back-office tooling.
• Work in an AI-augmented workflow: use coding assistants and agents (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar) for scaffolding, refactoring, test generation and code review and take full responsibility for the quality of what gets merged.
• Integrate LLM-based features into the product where they create real value: [fraud and risk signals, player-support automation, content generation, internal analytics copilots].
• Own performance and reliability: profile hot paths, tune PostgreSQL queries, design caching and background-processing strategies, and drive incidents to root cause.
• Review code (human- and AI-written alike), mentor mid-level engineers and help set the team’s standards for how we use AI responsibly and effectively.

• Take part in architecture discussions, technical planning and cross-team initiatives.

   

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of commercial Ruby on Rails experience; deep understanding of Ruby internals, Rails conventions and where to break them.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills: indexing, query planning, migrations on large tables without downtime.
• Solid grasp of distributed-system fundamentals: message queues, idempotency, eventual consistency, background jobs (Sidekiq or similar), caching (Redis).
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools in day-to-day work, and a clear opinion on when they help and when they hurt.
• You can spot a plausible-looking hallucinated API in review.
• Ability to evaluate and verify AI-generated code: you write and read tests critically, understand what the code actually does, and never merge what you can’t explain.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and/or gRPC APIs; familiarity with OpenAPI.
• Confident with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker; comfortable reading Kubernetes manifests and logs.
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana, Sentry, OpenTelemetry or similar).

We are looking for a Full-Cycle B2B Sales Manager to join Tala and take ownership of the entire B2B sales process from finding the right companies and decision-makers to closing deals.

Tala is an AI-powered creative production platform that helps companies produce and scale advertising creatives faster using AI.

This is a hands-on sales role. You will not receive a ready-made pipeline or simply work with inbound leads. We need someone who can independently identify target accounts, find relevant decision-makers, build prospect lists, launch outbound campaigns, generate meetings and take opportunities through the full sales cycle.

You will be responsible not only for closing deals, but also for creating your own pipeline and continuously improving the way we acquire B2B customers.
 

What you’ll do: 
 

Build your own pipeline from scratch

• Research and identify companies that match our ICP;
• Find relevant decision-makers and their contact information;
• Build and enrich prospect databases independently;
• Use modern sales tools such as Apollo, Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar;
• Launch and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels;
• Test different ICPs, messages, sequences and acquisition approaches;
• Track outreach performance and continuously improve reply and meeting conversion rates.
   

Own the full sales cycle

• Qualify prospects and conduct discovery calls;
• Understand the customer’s current creative production process, pain points and business needs;
• Present Tala and connect product capabilities to specific customer use cases;
• Conduct product demos independently or together with the product team when needed;
• Manage follow-ups and keep momentum after calls and demos;
• Handle objections and identify blockers preventing the customer from moving forward;
• Negotiate commercial terms;
• Close deals and own opportunities from the first outbound touch to signed agreement.
   

Manage the funnel and improve performance

• Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM;
• Track the full funnel: prospects contacted → replies → meetings → demos → proposals → closed deals;
• Understand where conversion is lost and propose ways to improve it;
• Prioritize opportunities and understand which prospects are worth continuing to pursue;
• Work towards clear pipeline, conversion and revenue KPIs;
• Share market insights, customer feedback and learnings with the core team.
   

Help us build B2B sales

Tala is still building its B2B sales function, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working without a fully established playbook.

You will work directly with the core team to test new customer segments, refine our ICP, improve positioning and messaging, and build a repeatable outbound sales process.
 

We expect you to be able to answer the question: “If you had no inbound leads, no existing customer database and no strong brand behind you, how would you generate your first qualified opportunities?”
 

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales / Business Development within one company;
• Proven experience owning a full B2B sales cycle;
• Strong hands-on experience with outbound lead generation and prospecting;
• A real case where you personally built a sales pipeline from scratch and converted it into meetings and deals;
• Experience independently researching accounts, finding decision-makers, building databases and launching outreach;
• Understanding of B2B funnel metrics and ability to work with numbers and conversion rates;
• Experience conducting discovery calls, demos, follow-ups and negotiations;
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills;
• Experience working with CRM and modern outbound sales tools;
• Confident English B2+ 
• High level of ownership, independence and ability to prioritize.

We are looking for an experienced retention leader to own and evolve our CRM and retention function end-to-end. Depending on your background and ambitions, this role can be shaped as a hands-on Senior Manager, a Team Lead, or a Head of Retention. The core mission remains the same: build a data-driven, multichannel retention engine that drives player engagement, retention, LTV, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Retention Strategy & Lifecycle Management
