We're looking for a commercially sharp payments professional to own our PSP and payment-provider ecosystem from the business side - spotting the next great provider before competitors do, negotiating terms that actually move the needle, and making sure every contract we sign is one we're happy to live with.

• Own contract and business-terms management end to end: coordinate redlines with Legal, track renewals well ahead of expiry, and maintain a single source of truth for every provider's commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Compliance on licensing fit and KYB onboarding for every new provider, before anything reaches signature.
• Manage ongoing commercial relationships with key providers, including quarterly business reviews.
• Report regularly to Payments leadership on pipeline, negotiation status, renewal risk and market intelligence.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in payments business development, commercial partnerships or PSP/vendor relationship management - ideally in iGaming, fintech or another regulated high-risk online sector.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating the infrastructure that supports a modern data and AI-driven platform. You will play a key role in enabling a secure, scalable, and reliable environment that supports data ingestion, AI-driven enrichment, semantic search, and user-facing applications.

Your responsibilities include:
Designing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, enrichment, and search workloads.
Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for application, data processing, and infrastructure components.
Establishing secure access patterns using Entra ID, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
Operating and monitoring event-driven processing pipelines based on Azure Functions and Event Grid.
Collaborating closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and solution architects to ensure infrastructure aligns with platform evolution.
Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure operational reliability.
Managing cost visibility and optimization as cloud usage grows.

• Proven cold outreach experience via email and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, qualification, and sales processes.
• Strong research and personalization skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and other AI sales tools.
• Strong communication, organization, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach and high availability.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

The role

This is a hands-on outbound sales role, and the heart of it is talking to people. In the Netherlands, one focused salesperson driving cold and semi-cold calling has been remarkably effective for us — and we want to repeat that in the German market.

You’ll:

• Open new business across DACH through cold and semi-cold calling — this is the core of the role
• Build relationships on LinkedIn: real, personal outreach (supported by light automation), with a soft-selling approach
• Give Smart Factory product demos in German (or grow into it)
• Help us make the most of our presence at a major industry trade show this September
• Own the top of the funnel — from first hello to a qualified conversation
• What we’re looking for
• Fluent or native German — this is essential. You’ll be calling, writing to, and presenting to German-speaking prospects every day.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development
• You’re comfortable — and effective — on the phone. Cold and semi-cold calling doesn’t scare you; you’re good at it.
