The Role

We're looking for a Head of Operations who can take a strategic idea and turn it into a running system. You'll own client operations, internal processes, and team coordination — making sure our clients get exceptional results and our team has what they need to deliver. This is a leadership role with real ownership, not a support function.

What You'll Do

• Own client operations end-to-end — onboarding, campaign execution, reporting, and relationship management for investment bank and PE clients
• Build and improve internal processes — design workflows that scale as we grow from 20 to 50+
• Manage outbound campaign operations — oversee execution, track performance, and optimize results across client engagements
• Coordinate across the team — be the connective tissue between research, outreach, and client delivery
• Manage vendors and tools — evaluate, onboard, and manage external platforms and service providers
• Execute on the founder's vision — take rough ideas and turn them into structured, repeatable processes with minimal hand-holding

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• Fluent English — written and spoken (this is non-negotiable, you'll be client-facing with US firms)
• Proven experience managing client operations in a services business
• Strong process design skills — you build systems, not just follow them
• Ability to work EST hours (US Eastern Time)
• Self-starter who can take ambiguous direction and deliver structured results

Nice-to-have:

• Experience at a lead generation agency or B2B services firm
• Background managing outbound campaign operations (email, LinkedIn, multi-channel)
• Experience scaling operations in a fast-growing, bootstrapped company
• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)

Compensation

• $1,500 – $4,000/month (depending on experience)

Location

Remote — must be available during US Eastern Time (EST) working hours.

We are looking for a part-time UI/UX Designer (at least middle level) to help improve the user experience and visual quality of an existing web product for storage and automation of creative asset uploads (videos, playable ads, endcards).

The product is already live and used in production. The main focus of this role is improving existing interfaces, providing UX recommendations, and creating mockups for new UI elements and small features.

Work format

• Part-time, 60–100 hours per month
• Remote

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing screens and user flows
• Provide UX recommendations to improve current interfaces
• Improve usability of data-heavy interfaces (tables, filters, forms, modals)
• Create mockups and UI solutions for new elements and small features
• Improve UI consistency (spacing, hierarchy, states, readability)

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX designer
• Strong experience with web products
• Proven experience improving existing products, not only designing from scratch
• Confident Figma skills
• Portfolio with relevant commercial projects

Nice to have

• Experience with data-heavy interfaces (tables, dashboards, filters)
• Understanding of frontend development constraints
• Experience with marketing tools or creative-related products

Your responsibilities:

• Launching, managing, analyzing, and scaling Facebook ad campaigns;
• Creating, testing, and optimizing funnels/hypotheses, as well as researching and analyzing audiences and GEOs;
• Monitoring accounts — tracking statuses, key metrics, and traffic costs;
• Generating ideas for creatives and preparing briefs for production;
• Managing budgets and spend;
• Controlling KPIs during campaign execution;
• Monitoring performance in trackers (Keitaro/Binom).
