Челенджі на шість місяців:

• оновлення та погодження маркетингової стратегії Delivery та нових продуктів: на основі аудиту, цілей бізнесу, ринкового запиту, клієнтських сегментів і продуктових планів сформувати маркетингову стратегію напряму на 6–12 місяців. 
Критерій оцінки: стратегія погоджена з Head of Delivery та ключовими стейкхолдерами, містить пріоритети, цільові сегменти, ключові напрями росту, GTM-підходи, CRM/lifecycle-фокус і метрики успіху

• побудова ефективної моделі управління маркетинговою командою: сформувати цільову структуру команди. Визначити ролі, відповідальність, процеси взаємодії та метрики. 
Критерій оцінки: команда має зрозумілу структуру, зони відповідальності, регулярний процес планування, пріоритизації, звітності та оцінки ефективності

• запуск або оновлення GTM-підходів для ключових продуктів: побудувати GTM-стратегію для продукту SMB (Delivery Extra). 
Критерій оцінки: реалізовані або запущені в execution ключові GTM-плани з чітким positioning, value proposition, каналами, комунікаційними повідомленнями, планом активацій та метриками результативності

•формування системного market & customer input для розвитку продуктів: налагодити регулярний процес збору, аналізу та передачі інсайтів із ринку, клієнтської поведінки, конкурентного середовища, Sales, Operations, Support та продуктової аналітики.
