Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale the existing affiliate portfolio while building long-term partnerships.

About the project:

The client is a card transaction processing company that provides services to banks and other state or commercial companies within Ukraine and abroad. The project offers payment solutions: money transfers, POS services, ATM monitoring services, etc. The system accepts payments by payment cards and e-wallets and provides convenient tools for the development of e-commerce and A2A. We are looking for a C++ developer (PostgreSQL experience) to take full ownership of maintaining, packaging, and providing Level 3 production support for a critical suite of open-source PostgreSQL extensions (pg_hint_plan, pg_cron, pg_stat_kcache, pg_wait_sampling, pg_profile, pgmail, and postgres_exporter). • 1+ year of experience with C / C++ Debugging: ability to read, understand, and debug C source code used in PostgreSQL extensions;

We are rebuilding the platform (legacy Symfony/Angular → Django + React) because the current system stores its most valuable data as unstructured text and can't support where the product is going. . This is not a greenfield toy and not a rescue job — it's a planned rebuild with an unusual amount of groundwork already done:

• A product & architecture document with the domain model decided: what each module means, what dies, what changes, and the conventions (append-only history, structured-at-entry, derived-values-never-facts, and more)
• An epic breakdown with dependency order and explicit definitions of done
• A decisions register — every product ruling logged, searchable, current
• Approved feature specs for the major new modules (representation history, deals/endorsements restructure, awards, drafts)
• A migration standard: raw-row archives, legacy-ID mapping, conflict review queues, rehearsed cutover — nothing silently dropped, nothing silently merged
   

Your job is to design and build within that system: propose schemas and migration plans per module (we call these build contracts — you propose, product approves, then you build), stand up the foundation (auth, field-level permissions, API-first architecture), build the cross-cutting primitives (audit log, unified sources, soft delete, lookups), and run a phased legacy migration where reconciliation counts get reviewed, not just produced.
 

How we work — read this part twice:

• The documents are the spec; the legacy code is not. Many current features are unused and several database tables are mislabeled (we've mapped this). When you hit a question about what something should do, you ask — you don't resolve it from old code. We answer questions daily, in writing, fast.

We are looking for a Head of CRM to join our team!

Requirements

• Experience in strategic management of the CRM or Retention Marketing function;
• Deep understanding of communication channels (SMS, Email, Push, NC, Pop-up, messengers) and personalization principles;
• Experience implementing operational standards, processes, and KPIs for a CRM team;
• Skills in campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, segmentation, and communication optimization;

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the CRM function strategy across all assigned products and regions;
• Development and implementation of communication policies;
• Quality control and relevance of communications with players through channels: SMS, Email, Push, NC, Pop-up, and others;
• Coordination of team activities;
• Optimization and automation of tools and processes for creating, launching, and analyzing communications;
• Ensuring the quality, functionality, and reputation of the communication ecosystem;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of communication campaigns and trigger chains, conducting A/B tests, and implementing best practices;
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams: RMM, Content, PM, Support, Product, Call Center, and others to synchronize communications and campaigns;
• Supporting and developing the professional level of the team through training, onboarding, motivation, and mentoring;
• Ensuring timely and coordinated CRM operations during the launch of new regions, products, and features.

You will own the full marketing strategy and execution — not as a distant strategist, but as a hands-on leader who builds systems, holds the team accountable, and drives measurable revenue growth.

You’ll inherit active acquisition channels, an established marketing team, and a product with paying customers worldwide. The challenge is not to start from zero, but to build a scalable growth system.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Revenue growth

• Define and deliver the path to $70K MRR
• Own contribution to pipeline, trials, activations, and paid conversions
• Model, forecast, and optimize the full marketing funnel — from awareness to revenue
• Continuously reduce CAC while improving conversion across the funnel

Channel strategy and execution

You will lead and optimize our current growth channels:

• Brand — Reddit, LinkedIn, Shopify/Klaviyo communities. Build visibility, trust, and brand-led demand.
• Partnerships — Agencies, affiliates, media partners. Scalable co-marketing and referral revenue.
• Marketplaces — Shopify App Store and other distribution platforms.
• SEO — Organic acquisition, content, and LLM/AI visibility.
• PPC — Paid search and performance campaigns with clear ROI.

You will scale what works, stop what doesn’t, and test new channels when the data supports it.

Brand among Shopify merchants

• Make Claspo a recognized, trusted brand in the Shopify ecosystem
• Build presence where merchants actually ask for recommendations — Reddit threads, community forums, partner channels, and review sites
• Turn brand visibility into measurable engagement: signups, trials, and marketplace installs

Team leadership and operations

• Lead the marketing team to hit both growth and operational targets
• Set clear KPIs, run weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for the executive team
• Build processes so the team executes consistently — not heroically
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing marketers as we scale
• Manage marketing budget with full transparency and accountability

Cross-functional growth

• Work closely with the Founder, Product team, Sales, and Customer Success to influence both go-to-market strategy and product direction
• Optimize website, landing pages, and conversion paths (CR, messaging, UX)
• Align marketing with the product roadmap and contribute to product growth initiatives

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

• 5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO)
• Proven track record of scaling ARR/MRR in B2B SaaS — ideally MarTech, ecommerce tools, or CRO products
• Hands-on experience with our core channels: SEO, PPC, partnerships, community/brand marketing, and app marketplaces
• Exceptional data and analytics skills — funnel modeling, attribution, dashboards, and ROI reporting
• Experience building and leading teams that deliver on measurable targets
• Excellent English (C1+) — you will write, present, and communicate with a global audience daily
• Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous scale-up environment — pragmatic, direct, low bureaucracy
• Strong experience using AI tools to improve productivity, experimentation, analytics, content, and marketing operations

Strong plus:

• Experience growing a brand through Reddit, LinkedIn, and community-led marketing
• Strong Shopify ecosystem knowledge — how merchants discover, evaluate, and buy apps
• Background in pop-up/CRO, email marketing, or ecommerce retention tools
• Experience with agency and affiliate partnership programs
• Shopify App Store optimization and marketplace growth
• SQL, Looker/Data Studio, or similar analytics tooling
• Understanding of LLM/AI search visibility and modern SEO beyond traditional rankings
