Наш PM:

• розуміє стратегії та рекламні канали;
• пояснює задачі команді так, щоб усе було зрозуміло;
• радить клієнту, як ефективно витрачати бюджет.

Твої задачі

• Вести маркетингові проєкти від А до Я;
• Комунікувати з клієнтами, в тому числі англомовними;
• Організовувати команду та підрядників;
• Контролювати дедлайни та звітність;
• Проводити дзвінки після збору інформації від спеціалістів;
• Бути відповідальним за результат і задоволеність клієнта.

Що ми чекаємо

Досвід і знання:

• Project Manager від 1 року;
• Маркетинг від 2х років;
• Англійська C1, для дзвінків з клієнтами;
• Розуміння стратегій, воронок, KPI і каналів;
• Базові знання SMM, Paid Ads, вебсайтів, автоворонок, email-маркетингу, SEO.

Soft skills:

• Організованість і системність;
• Високий рівень комунікації;
• Відповідальність за результат;
• Мультизадачність без стресу.

Умови

• Віддалено;
• Part-time на старті, зростання до full-time;
• Оплата $500–1500+ залежно від кількості проєктів.

Поєднуємо досвід у media buying з data-driven підходом, щоб знаходити свою аудиторію швидше, точніше й дешевше. Для тебе це означає роботу поруч із сильними фахівцями, реальні бюджети та простір для експериментів.

Зараз ми в пошуку Facebook/Native Media Buyer у вертикаль Search Arbitrage (RSOC). Шукаємо зухвалих та енергійних — людей, які кайфують від досягнутих результатів, які думають цифрами, бачать закономірності і не бояться брати відповідальність.

Чим ти будеш займатись:

• запускати, оптимізувати та масштабувати рекламні кампанії;
• максимізувати ROI та покращувати ефективність закупівлі;
• слідкувати за відповідністю кампаній рекламним політикам;
• аналізувати конкурентів і впроваджувати сильні ринкові практики;
• знаходити і тестувати офери, креативи, воронки та нові підходи;
• взаємодіяти з командою та бізнес-партнерами для досягнення спільних цілей.

Що для нас важливо:

• досвід у Search Arbitrage від 1 року;
• досвід закупівлі трафіку з Facebook та/або з Native-мереж (бажано Teads (Outbrain) або Taboola);
• розуміння роботи трекінгових систем (ClickFlare, Voluum, Binom або аналоги);
• впевнене володіння performance-метриками (CPM, CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, ROI тощо);
• бажання швидко рости, тестувати та копати глибше.

Буде плюсом:

• впевнена робота з Excel/Google Sheets;
• досвід залучення трафіку на вебпродукти.
