Position Overview:

We are looking for a Strong Middle Product Designer to work under Product Owner supervision, and design the product experience that turns complex workflow intelligence into clear, trustworthy actions for busy operators.
 

Graphio.ai reconstructs cross-team workflows from API-enabled metadata, automatically generates an ideal workflow (golden path), detects deviations that signal broken handoffs, and delivers weekly/monthly reporting to a single accountable owner. Your job is to make this feel obvious: what the system found, why it matters, what to do next, and how to tune it - all without overwhelming the user.
 

This is a B2B SaaS product used by senior operators. The bar for clarity, speed, and confidence is set high.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product design from UX research and user testing to final UI, including dev-ready handoff.
• Make complex output understandable and trustworthy: decision support, and “what changed / what to do now” flows that drive action.
• Partner closely with the Product Manager, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to turn model outputs into user-ready experiences and to iterate quickly.
• Maintain a scalable design system (components, variables) to keep the product consistent and fast to build.
• Lead user research in a pragmatic way: interviews, usability tests, and lightweight validation with operators to uncover confusion, friction, and adoption blockers.
• Design onboarding and first-time experience flows that support fast rollout and short time-to-value, without workflow changes.
• Use product data and qualitative feedback to identify drop-offs, iterate on UX, and improve engagement with reports and alerts.
• Raise the overall quality bar: establish design principles for clarity, actionability, and trust in AI-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, analytics, workflow tools, or data-heavy products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking: problem framing, exploration, trade-offs, and shipped outcomes.
• Experience designing for complex data, decision-support, or “insights-to-action” products (not just dashboards).
• Strong systems thinking: ability to turn complex datasets into clear information architecture and interactions.
• Strong decision making capabilities and self-sufficiency.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and iterating quickly in a startup environment.
• Understanding of accessibility, usability best practices, and how to design for busy operators.
• Nice to have: familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS), design for enterprise settings, and experience with AI-assisted product experiences.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Backend Developer to help build and maintain the backend services that power Graphio.ai’s workflow intelligence product.

In this role, you will work on C# / .NET–based APIs and backend services that support customer onboarding (workspace setup and invites), system integrations, metadata ingestion and processing, and generation of user-facing outputs such as weekly/monthly reports and alerts.

You will join a small team where shipping, reliability, and clean engineering practices matter. This is a role for someone who wants to grow fast by working on real production systems, with support from senior engineers and clear technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core) that powers core Graphio.ai flows: workspace setup, user access, system integrations, metadata ingestion, reporting, and alert delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow team standards; contribute to refactoring and long-term code health when needed.
• Work on ingestion and processing of metadata (events, entities, timestamps, identifiers) used for workflow intelligence and reporting.
• Design and implement asynchronous and event-driven processes using RabbitMQ (queues, background jobs, retries, idempotency).
• Improve API reliability and performance: clear contracts, consistent error handling, pagination, and rate limiting.
• Work with databases:
  • MongoDB for operational and metadata storage,
  • ClickHouse for analytics, aggregations, and reporting workloads.
• Write and optimize queries, design schemas and indexes, participate in migrations, and help ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure-by-default practices (permissions, tenant boundaries, safe handling of sensitive data).
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and apply feedback quickly.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services in production: use logs, metrics, and tracing; contribute to root-cause fixes.
• Document backend services and APIs: how they work, how to run locally, and how to debug common issues.
• Contribute to engineering workflows: Git-based collaboration, containerized development (Docker), and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Engineering peers to deliver features in small, shippable increments in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of backend development experience (or equivalent production experience through projects).
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Experience building REST APIs, including authentication, authorization, error handling, pagination, and versioning.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB: schema design, indexes, aggregations, and query optimization.
• Understanding of analytical databases; experience with or willingness to learn ClickHouse (aggregations, partitioning, performance tuning).
• Experience with message queues and background processing; RabbitMQ is a strong plus.
• Understanding of asynchronous processing, eventual consistency, and retry mechanisms.
• Knowledge of secure engineering basics (auth, permissions, data protection).
• Comfortable working in a remote team: clear written communication, ownership of tasks, and predictable delivery.

• Experience building event-driven architectures and data pipelines.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) to join the project full-time. This person will own the full stack — backend, frontend, and AI/agent layer — with no splitting between projects. They need to be a thinking partner, not an executor — someone the client's technical leadership wants to work with directly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the full stack end-to-end — backend, frontend, and AI/agent layer — architecture decisions, performance work, integration, testing — without hand-holding.

• AI-native development — non-negotiable. Daily, extensive, fluent use of Claude Code (or equivalent) for reading, writing, refactoring, debugging, and navigating a large codebase. Working without AI in the loop is not how this team operates.
• Plain prompting is not enough. "Ask ChatGPT a question and paste the answer" is the baseline we expect candidates to be past. We're looking for someone who engineers their AI workflow: rich structured context, project conventions and reference examples fed to the model, clear scoping, iteration, and rigorous review of generated output.
• Skills, Hooks, Subagents— must understand, must be able to build, and already uses in real work. The candidate should be able to clearly explain what each is, and — critically — has already created and uses them day-to-day, not just heard of them:
  • Skills — reusable, on-demand instruction/knowledge packages that extend the agent's competence for a given task type (e.g. scaffold a module, generate a PR, run a review) and encode the team's conventions.
  • Hooks — deterministic, automated triggers on lifecycle events (pre-commit, before/after edit, on stop, etc.) executed by the harness itself — e.g. auto-running lint/typecheck/tests on changed files, or guarding protected areas.
  • Subagents — delegating multi-step or parallel work (large refactors, audits, codebase research) to scoped agents, with verification of their output.
• MCP awareness — understands the Model Context Protocol and how to connect AI to real context and tools (codebase, Git, issue tracker, browser, observability) rather than working blind. Hands-on MCP usage is a strong plus.
• Structured change management — artifact-driven workflow from exploration through implementation to verification.
• Critical, not credulous — reviews everything the model produces, never commits code they don't understand, knows where AI accelerates the work (boilerplate, tests, scaffolding, exploration) and where it does not (complex domain/architecture logic). AI is a force multiplier for their own thinking, never a copy-paste crutch.
