We're hiring a Software Engineer and Security Researcher to help build our top-tier cybersecurity product. This is a hybrid role by design: a strong software engineer who also brings a deep cybersecurity background. Strong engineering velocity is how features get

shipped; serious security expertise is how those features get shipped right. You should have an understanding of how attackers and defenders actually operate.

The product space is CSPM/CNAPP-related, but extends beyond it. Expect to work across cloud posture, identity, attack paths, prioritization, detection, and adjacent areas as the product

evolves. The pace is high. AI is part of how we work, every day.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship product features end-to-end: from security research to

  architecture and production code to release.

• Apply cybersecurity expertise to every feature decision: what to detect, how to model

  risk, what makes a finding actionable, where customers will be misled by noise, and how

  to translate raw cloud signal into something a security team can trust and act on.

• Own cloud security capabilities across CSPM and beyond: posture, identity, attack

Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer. You design systems, write production code, reason

• Strong cybersecurity foundation. You understand threats, controls, identity, cloud risk,

  and why a “finding” is or isn’t worth a customer’s attention. This is what makes your

  feature decisions land.

• Hands-on experience developing with AI / AI-driven development. This is a MUST.

  You have meaningfully shipped work where coding agents, LLM tools, or in-IDE AI

  assistants were a core part of how you built it. You can speak in detail about what

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Maintaining existing as well as creating new Linux applications on the unmanned aircraft
• Designing and coordinating interfaces between teams, documenting the architecture and design decisions
• Integration of hardware and 3rd-party software into the Linux system, aligning with suppliers and other teams
• Testing of existing and new applications. This includes writing unit tests, integration tests, functional tests, and acceptance tests
• Analyzing logs from flights, both from test flights as well as real-world customer issues

Your expedition

As Head of Affiliates, you own the entire affiliate channel — strategy, team, deals, traffic quality, and results. You're not here to manage a spreadsheet. You're here to build a machine.

📅 Your adventures include:

• tier-1 GEO experience: hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets, traffic quality, partner expectations, competition, and scaling logic;
• deal-making: ability to negotiate, close, test, and scale CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals;
• affiliate acquisition: ability to find and onboard strong affiliates through networks, events, tools, forums, social media, CRM, and direct outreach;
• traffic & profitability analysis: strong understanding of FTD, profit, conversion, retention quality, ROI, caps, reconciliations, and traffic scaling;
• team management: experience leading affiliate managers, setting KPIs, reviewing pipelines, tracking performance, and holding the team accountable;
• deal funnel ownership: ability to manage partner flow from lead → negotiation → approval → test cap → scale / reject;
• risk & fraud control: ability to detect low-quality traffic, fraud signals, suspicious patterns, and compliance risks;
• reporting discipline: ability to provide clear updates on FTD, profit, partner pipeline, traffic quality, risks, and next steps;
• strong negotiation skills: payout deductions, price adjustments, cap / deal terms renegotiation.

🧭 What makes you a great match:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (iGaming preferred);
• 2+ years in a team lead or head-of role — managing people, pipelines, and performance;
• lead and develop a team of affiliate managers: set KPIs, review pipelines, track performance, and keep everyone moving in the right direction;
• own the full deal funnel — from lead to negotiation to approval to test cap to scale or cut;
• find and onboard strong affiliates through networks, events, forums, social media, and direct outreach;

Join us in developing a data science and ML offering for a comprehensive workforce management platform serving enterprises across industries and regions. We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to own the direction and delivery of the Intelligence Pack. This analytical and ML layer turns platform data into predictive value for customers.

This is the first dedicated data science hire on the project. You will set standards, shape the roadmap in partnership with the Product team, and deliver much of the work yourself – across the full analytics lifecycle: from data architecture and predictive insights to customer-facing dashboards. Requirements

• Strong applied data science skills: building predictive models, surfacing patterns, and shipping ML/AI features into production
• Excellent SQL and data modelling skills; ability to design, refactor, and optimise warehouse structures
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing dashboards (Metabase or similar) where accuracy and performance both matter
• Hands-on experience with query optimisation, version control, and structured analytics development practices
• Product-minded approach: ability to think about users, value, and trade-offs as naturally as about schemas
• Experience helping define the product direction or roadmap for a data product, intelligence layer, or analytics offering
• Credibility to set standards and lead through influence as a senior individual contributor
• Strong communicator across product, engineering, commercial, operations, and customer audiences
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers on reporting and insights
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term direction of the Intelligence offering, spanning data models, analytics, and customer-facing insights
• Partner with the Product team to build and evolve the data science roadmap
• Design and evolve the data architecture and canonical data model underpinning Intelligence
• Develop and ship data science work: predictive signals, pattern detection, and automated insights
• Design and deliver dashboards that customers trust and rely on
• Own analytics engineering end-to-end: modelling data, optimising queries, versioning work, and reviewing changes before they reach customers
• Establish architectural principles, analytical standards, and ways of working that allow Intelligence to scale
• Work closely with Engineering to ship Intelligence features into the product
• Engage directly with customers to understand reporting needs, explain insights, and validate value
• Support Commercial and Operations teams with insights that underpin upsell, renewal, and decision-making
• Provide insights and what-if analysis tooling for C-Suite customers

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Coach / Business Trainer to join our VIP Department and help elevate communication quality, service standards, and team performance.

This role is ideal for a professional who goes beyond delivering training sessions. We are looking for someone who can build effective development systems, improve VIP communication standards, and drive measurable improvements across the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assess the current skills, competencies, and development needs of VIP Managers
• Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding and training programs
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching sessions
• Develop communication standards, scripts, training materials, and guidelines
• Improve the quality of interactions with VIP and Platinum players
• Help shape and maintain a premium customer experience throughout the player lifecycle
• Analyze real communication cases and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and support to team members
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement best practices to improve performance
• Introduce premium service standards and customer-centric communication approaches

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience as a Coach, Business Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role
• Proven experience building training systems and development programs from scratch
• Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work with different personality types
• Experience training client-facing teams, such as VIP, Sales, Retention, Customer Support, or Account Management
• Understanding of premium service principles, retention strategies, and customer psychology
• Ability to transform insights into actionable development plans and measurable improvements
• Strong organizational skills, leadership mindset, and ability to work independently
• Fluent Russian is mandatory
• Experience in iGaming, VIP Management, Retention, Luxury Services, or Hospitality will be considered a strong advantage
