Inviting Senior .NET Software Engineer to join a growing account in the medical devices industry domain. Our client is the global leader company of healthcare solutions, which contributes to human welfare by application of biomedical engineering in the research, design, manufacture, and sale of instruments or appliances that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for people around the world.

Our team is focusing on designing, developing, and testing embedded software for medical devices, where the software has strong restrictions for safety and quality, power management, and memory usage. Project for this position intends to extend medical device capabilities with PC application that will serve cloud services connectivity for existing device.

Looking for a full-stack developer for a long-term project with an EdTech platform that has been operating for 15 years and has thousands of active users. 

The team is small: a tech lead, a frontend/payments developer, and a QA engineer. You will own tickets end to end - from reading to deploy - without hand-holding.

Stack: Ruby on Rails, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Docker, Tailwind CSS, Render.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React/Next.js
• Experience deploying to managed PaaS platforms (Render, Vercel, Railway, or similar)
• AI-native workflow: you use Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools daily
• Strong async communication, clean PRs, questions before starting, not after shipping
• Russian or Ukrainian language for team communication

Conditions: remote, 30+ hrs/week, $25-40/hr, 6+ months with potential to go full-time.
