We are BauPay, a Munich-based SaaS startup building a payment & invoicing solution for small and mid-sized construction companies in Germany. We help companies manage offers, invoices, payments and reminders in one place and get paid faster.
 

We are now preparing to launch our MVP and looking for our first German-speaking Support & Sales Manager who will be in daily contact with our customers.

Role overview

You will be the main contact person for our German customers:

• helping them get started with BauPay,
• answering their questions via phone/email,
• collecting feedback for the product team, and
• acting as a sales manager for new leads.
   

This is a remote position, part-time or full-time. Work hours should overlap with German business hours.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customers via phone, email and messengers.
• Run onboarding calls and product walk-throughs for new customers.
• Proactively follow up with new sign-ups / trial users, answer their questions and help them reach first success with the product.
• Collect, structure and document feedback, feature requests and common problems and pass them to the product team.
• Maintain and improve a knowledge base / FAQ in German (templates, email texts, short guides, etc.).
• Keep basic records in our CRM (notes after calls, status of each lead / customer).

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 or close) — you are confident on the phone with German business customers.
• Good communication in English and/or Ukrainian/Russian for internal communication with the team.
• 1+ year experience in one of the following roles (or similar):
  • customer support / customer success in B2B,
  • sales manager / account manager,
  • call center for B2B clients.
• You feel comfortable speaking on the phone, asking clarifying questions and gently steering the conversation.
• Ability to explain software in simple words, step by step.
• Ability to work during German business hours.

About:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (.NET) to join a healthcare project focused on building a Connected Device Data Platform that ingests biometric data (pulse, heart rate, O2, steps, accelerometer) from smartwatch wearable devices via AWS IoT Core and delivers it to a companion mobile app.

About the Company:

This is not a typical delivery PM position - it’s a strategic, product-oriented consultancy role.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager with a focus on product discovery and strategy, you will:

QIT Software is looking for a senior DevOps engineer to consolidate and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, modernize our build system (Bazel or equivalent), and upgrade our testing infrastructure to support reliable, fast releases.

You will also implement a strong local development environment to improve developer productivity. This role is best for someone who has led pipeline consolidation across multiple repos/services and has shipped build and test improvements that measurably reduced cycle time.

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience with AWS
- Strong hands-on expertise with modern CI/CD systems (examples: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Buildkite, Jenkins)
- Strong testing infrastructure experience, including automation, flake management, and CI performance optimization
-  Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in real-world delivery pipelines
- Proficiency in automation via scripting (Python, Bash, or Go)
 

Responsibilities:

- Consolidate and streamline existing CI/CD pipelines to reduce duplication, improve maintainability, and speed up execution
- Design and implement a modern build system strategy (Bazel preferred) including caching, remote execution (if applicable), and reproducible builds
- Improve build and release reliability with clear artifacts, versioning, promotion workflows, and rollback strategies
- Design and optimize testing infrastructure (unit, integration, e2e) including parallelization, test selection, flake reduction, and reporting
- Implement a local development environment that mirrors CI behavior and improves developer iteration speed (scripts, containers, dev tooling)
- Establish best practices for pipeline security and compliance (secrets management, least privilege, supply chain checks)
- Create documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials for the build, test, and deployment workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt standards and migrate services with minimal disruption

Would be a plus:

- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)
- Cloud experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure with CI integrations and artifact storage
- Experience with remote caching/execution (Bazel RBE), build artifact provenance, or SBOM generation
- Experience implementing ephemeral preview environments
- Observability for CI/build systems (metrics, logs, traces) and cost optimization

We are currently looking for a Privacy Counsel to join our Legal team, with a focus on supporting a product in the wellbeing domain. This role is responsible for shaping and maintaining the privacy and data protection framework across the product lifecycle — from product design and marketing to vendor management and incident response — (such as the USA, EU, and UK).

Responsibilities / Your Impact:

— Advising on privacy and data protection requirements for a consumer-facing wellness product (GDPR/UK GDPR, ePrivacy/cookies, US state privacy laws incl. CCPA/CPRA and other applicable frameworks).

— Embedding privacy-by-design in product development: supporting feature reviews, data minimization decisions, retention, lawful bases/consent, and sensitive data handling.

— Conducting and maintaining DPIAs/PIAs, LIAs, data mapping / RoPA inputs, and other GDPR-required documentation.

— Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining privacy-related documents and workflows: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, consent disclosures, in-app notices, and internal playbooks.

— Reviewing marketing and growth initiatives for privacy compliance (tracking technologies, attribution, analytics, ad-tech, emails/SMS, website landings, funnels).

— Supporting vendor and partnership privacy: drafting/reviewing DPAs, data transfer mechanisms, and negotiating privacy clauses in commercial agreements.

— Supporting data subject requests (access/deletion/portability, etc.) and building scalable internal processes together with product and support teams.

— Monitoring and communicating privacy regulatory developments, raising stakeholders’ awareness, and proposing practical implementation steps.

— Creating training materials and delivering privacy education to product, marketing, customer support, and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

— 1-2+ years of experience in a law firm, Big 4, or in-house legal/compliance role (privacy-focused experience is strongly preferred).

— A degree in law from a Ukrainian or foreign university (or currently in the final year of studies).

— Fluent English (written and spoken).

— Practical understanding of privacy principles and ability to apply them in product and marketing contexts.

— Strong ownership mindset: action-oriented, well-organized, self-starter.

— Ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, business-friendly guidance.

— Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Will Be a Plus:

— Hands-on experience with GDPR implementation (DPIAs, RoPA, DSARs, vendors/DPAs).

— Familiarity with US privacy and health-data adjacent requirements relevant to consumer apps (e.g., state privacy laws, FTC expectations, ad-tech/privacy enforcement trends).

— Experience with cookies/trackers, consent tools, mobile SDK governance, and privacy in growth/marketing.

— Exposure to digital health / wellness / consumer subscription business models.

— Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US) or comparable training.

— Participation in moot court competitions.

Position: Junior Flutter Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop mobile applications using Flutter according to specified requirements and design.
