We are looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our product team. In this role, you will drive the evolution of our verification processes, enhance user onboarding flows, and implement advanced automation and AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Leadership:
  Develop and implement a comprehensive product growth strategy aligned with the company’s aggressive expansion goals

Requirements

We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales department.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strong sales leader with at least 3 years of experience as Head of Sales who can build, manage, and optimize a high-performing sales team (primarily Colombian sales representatives).

This role requires a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to develop and execute a clear sales roadmap aligned with business growth goals.

You will be responsible for team management, recruitment, KPI control, sales strategy development, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and scale the sales team (primarily Colombian team members)
• Hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives
• Develop and implement a clear sales roadmap and growth strategy
• Set, track, and optimize KPIs for the sales team
